Manik is an excellent fitness trainer. Me and my wife have started personal training with him just 3 weeks now and we can see results in our body,and His effort for making us fit is awesome. The best trainer in town. I have been training with MKfitness for the past 1.5 year and this was one of the best decisions in my life for choosing Manik as my personal trainer. He has changed my life mentally & physically. He shows proper care, a very friendly and understanding personality. I also received support in nutrition and supplementation throughout my journey and I will still continue training with him. I started training 3 times a week with Manik and loved it so much and saw the results and I am now currently training 5 days with him.

I trained with him for almost 3 months to help kickstart my fitness journey. I hadn't been to the gym for 4 years and at first it was quite difficult, but Manik helped me maintain a positive attitude and be consistent with the workout.
I trained twice a week with him and the routine of waking up early and having a good workout really helped address issues I was facing with my body as well as stress.

I am with Mkfitness from January 2022. Manik tailored program for me because initially my intention was to loose weight .He set realisable goals, motivate me to get there ,When I started I weighed 150 Kg and lost 30 Kg in 3 months. Manik is an excellent trainer. He is always professional, consistent and has a depth of technical knowledge in which correct technique is passed on without being overwhelming. For what he sets out for you to do, he has complete faith in you that you can do it. He does not let things go (i.e. all sets get completed) and pushes me beyond what I think I can do; I get amazed that I can do more weights and strength exercises than what I ever expected. I knew Manik from around 8 years but since I lived close to his training place, I thought of giving it a go. Manik is tough and fun at the same time which gives you the right mix of someone who is working towards a goal without really going nuts on you. He always mixes it up with his excersise routine thus allowing me to not get jaded with a certain excersise per say.
I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to make a certain change in the way their body looks and also help you in loosing a few pounds while having a bit of fun.

In short, I would call Manik ‘A True Professional’.
I’ve had my personal training for about three months now and I’m really happy with my results. My main goal was weight loss and I’ve lost a few kgs in the past three months. I highly recommend to get in touch with Manik if you need that extra pressure especially when you’re lacking the motivation to hit the gym.
The sessions are mostly fun and one good thing I’ve noticed is that he’ll make you comfortable, still gives you the push to do it. Get your goals a priority and take the first step and I’m sure you wouldn’t regret. I observed that his knowledge is just not limited to exercise only, he gives you advise on your nutrition as well, which according to me is equally important.
Manik is too easy to get along, flexible and absolutely worth your every single penny.

I started my training with Manik a few months ago and I love it. Before taking sessions with him, I had a lot of injuries and I planned to go under surgery, but when I started my training with Manik, after a week, my injuries began to heal and after a month my entire body becomes active, I’ve started seeing an improvement in my strength and muscle tone, and I no longer had to go for surgery. Manik does a fantastic job of explaining everything and ensuring that exercise is specific to every fitness level. Also, he is very friendly and plays the role of motivator. Manik he's an amazing trainer, I have ever came cross. I was bit scared to lift heavy and he made me pushed my limits on every sessions and it was painful but I believe no pain no gain. After seeing my transformation, I am glad that my sweat paid off. He's punctual about his sessions doesn't matter what time it is, which has made my procrastination into punctuality on daily basis. (Bonus for sure)
Getting trained with Manik is about body transformation and social transformation too which we never realized untill we get there.

This is my weight loss journey.
I have been suffering from PCOS for a while which made it very hard for me to lose weight. I had been looking to lose weight for a while but didn't know how to start. This is when stumbled across a video of Manik on TikTok. The video sparked curiosity in me so I decided to contact him straight away. This was a great decision as Manik changed my life. He is such a nice and wonderful person. He helped me lose 12 kg in 6 months. I always thought it was impossible for me to lose weight because of my health condition but he helped me make the impossible possible. He helped me work harder and harder and motivated me everyday. I have been training with Manik since Jan 2022. When I first met Manik, I didn’t quite know what to expect with personal training as I was not in the best shape of my life. I found Manik to be very honest with his approach and was very patient and set milestones for my journey. Manik helped me figure out what I really wanted out of our sessions - weight loss, muscle building, toning, etc..
The Personal studio is a safe and private setting and a standout winner for me. I feel very comfortable there under the guidance of Manik as opposed to working out in a gym.
