Matt totally transformed my attitude and approach towards exercise. Before Matt, I saw exercise as something of a chore that I felt bad about neglecting but now I love it and it's a non-negotiable cornerstone of my life and routine. I've gone from being ashamed about not exercising enough to being proud of the amount I work out and the results I'm getting. Not only does Matt seriously know what he's doing, he's also a great motivator and coach - he gets results in a way that makes me feel good about myself. Trust me, do yourself the favour and schedule a work out with Matt!

Best trainer ever. Matt’s helped me get into better shape and also helps with nutrition advice. Programs change every few weeks and are tailored to suit your fitness goals.

He takes the time to get to understand you, your body and your lifestyle and will tailor a regime for you that gets the best out of you.
