I started my training with Natasha Jan 2021 at Jetts Highland Park, Auckland. My weight was 95.8kg back then, and is now reduced down to 78.4kg in Dec 2021. The best thing is I barely lost any muscle, which was supported by professional body scanning. Thanks to Natasha's professional program and food advice all the way along. I am super happy with my body shape now.

I’ve been training with Natasha for almost 3 months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training three times a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions !!!

I have been training with Natasha for a couple of weeks now and am already feeling 100% better than previously. Natasha is extremely upbeat and positive which tends to rub off on you while training. I have found a new confidence and feel motivated to push through it get to where I want to be. Tash is an amazing personal trainer dedicated to making your fitness journey a happy and fun experience. I loved our boxing sessions and looked forward to it everyday . She is enthusiastic and doesn’t fear pushing you to the limit. Tash kept me motivated throughout my fitness journey and I have never had a better exercise routine until I started training with her. I have always been a cardio fanatic and must be completely honest, petrified of the gym. Looking at those machines, not knowing what to do, scared me. Natasha reassured me from the get go. She understood that, yes, I may be fit, but needed a lot of strength training. Every session she poures her heart into, reassuring me, and motivating me to do better than my own expectations. An amazing lady dedicated to helping others to achieve their goals. Her bubbly personality is an added bonus but don't be fooled she will encourage and push you to your limits. Currently training with Natasha, it been an awesome journey so far and the results Speak for them self I start 30.7.20 and my weight was 119.2 and to date is 109.7 It been long and still a long way to go but Natasha keeps it fun and enjoyable but also make sure you still put in the work💪👍 highly recommended
