The trainers at Parents in the Park are absolutely fantastic. I wasn’t sure "Mums Bootcamp" training was going to be for me as I have always preferred gyms. As soon as I joined Parents in the Park I could see why my friend had recommended them. The babysitter service is fantastic as well as it allows me to just focus on the workout. I would definitely endorse Parents in the Park for any new Mums like me!

Parents in the Park is such a great way to work out without the worry of "what do I do with my kids?" It's also a fun way to meet other mums in the Remuera/Kohi area! Rob is a motivating an supportive trainer and definitely keeps you accountable for working out! I would highly recommend this group for new (or experienced) mums looking for an stress-free way to get that workout in!

Thanks to Parents in the Park I lost 8 kilos in 8 weeks. I have a 4 month old baby girl and I gained lots of weight during the pregnancy. I'm now halfway to my final goal and am excited to be able to fit back into my pre pregnancy wardrobe.
