Pich is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humour. She is very professional and makes each of your training sessions challenging (oh those Bulgarian lunges!!!) yet rewarding.
I would have no hesitation in recommending her as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness goals.

I have been very happily training with Pich at her fit camp for the last 6 weeks. Pich is just awesome and her sessions are fun, and geared up for every fitness level. Pich challenges you and also encourages you. Her genuine love and enthusiasm for what she does and her real care for her clients is second to none. I can’t recommend Pich highly enough. I’ve been training with her for several years now, which as a former gym denier speaks to just how enjoyable and effective a professional she is. Her years of experience mean she knows exactly what she’s doing. She is approachable and non-judgemental in helping you achieve your fitness goals. I feel utterly safe in her hands - in all our years of training she has never broken me (which is not to say that sometimes I don’t feel it the next day). Pich is, in my opinion, the perfect trainer.

Pich is absolutely amazing!! I started off a complete newbie at the gym and I was super intimidated by what was going on around me, and if it weren't for Pich, my gym membership wouldn't have seen a second week. The PT sessions are equal parts of fun and challenging, and I lost weight and toned up pretty well in just three weeks under her sessions. Pich always brings such a vibrant energy and a stellar sense of humour and man does she know her stuff! As well as that, she is really encouraging and does the best job at helping you out of your comfort zone. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

I have known Pich for over 5 years, and during that time she has trained both my family and I. A friend of mine recommended Pich to me a couple of years ago when I was looking for a personal trainer. Pich has been great, very professional, knows how to push you to get you to your goals, helps with diet advice which is tailored to your needs, and has a great sense of humor, which really helps when she is making you do more squats or lunges than you want to do.

Pich is an absolutely amazing trainer and will help you get the results you are looking for. She will push and encourage you throughout your session and at the end you certainly feel like you have achieved something great. Loved the App she provides with training programmes and is always happy to talk about nutrition too. One thing I appreciated was that Pich was very mindful when I was carrying a few niggely injuries but worked around these to ensure my progress continued on the right track, without causing further damage. Would highly recommend. Great trainer, great personality and great fun.

I love Pich! She's my weekly source of positivity and has been for years. She looks at the bigger scale of what you want to achieve and sets realistic goals to help you achieve yours in 1-1 sessions or gets you pumped and sweaty with fun activities in bootcamp. Whether you're training for something specific or just want to stay fit, Pich is always on hand with a can do attitude, can't is not in her vocabulary! I however can't recommend her enough :) ;).

I highly recommend Pich, she is knowledgeable, stays on top of new nutrition and exercise information coming out and will apply it to training sessions. Pich pays close attention to exercise form and specific individual limitations ensuring that we get the most out of every session.

Pich was my personal trainer for an year. We did strength and HIIT workout. I highly recommend Pich for strength and HIIT workout as she has lot of experience and knowledge. Every session with her was a difference experience as she brought new types of workout that helped me reach my goals.

Pich and I had a pretty interesting journey last year. Thanks to her, 2019 finished with me competing in the LivFit Body Building Bonanza in December but started with me being diagnosed with breast cancer almost exactly a year before that.
Pich is the real deal ... I've been going to the gym for a long time and did my own workouts but it was her expertise that sculpted my body into a form that was strong in the gym, but also in life. In the 6 months that I trained with Pich my body fat percentage dropped by 17% and my weight dropped by 15 kgs. Her professionalism and knowledge of my condition allowed us to achieve these goals without compromising my health.

I've been working with Pich for about 3 years now and it's been great. I've just turned 51 and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. I'm fit and toned and getting better all the time. If there's a specific thing I want to work on she's on to it. She makes my workouts interesting and challenging every time and I work harder that I would just on my own. Pich can simply be described as the 'bees knees'. She is filled with positive energy, has a "never say can't" mantra and always has a smile on her. Pich has been there from the start of my gym journey. When I started with her, I had all the gear but was terrified of the gym. She really helped me get past my phobia and understands the goals I have for the gym. She tailors programmes towards your goals and doesn't take a cookie cutter approach. I got in contact with Pich just about two years ago, after making the decision to get serious about my fitness/lifestyle goals. Little did I know that she actually trained a colleague of mine at the same time also. From day 1, she truly listened to what I wanted to get out of this journey and devoted time and attention to understand my eating habits, workout habits, strengths, weaknesses, food likes, food dislikes etc...
With that insight, she worked hard to develop a nutrition/workout plan that catered to ME and MY body and goals. No cookie cutter plan BS.
Whilst training with her, she pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of; physically and mentally. I most admire her professionalism and realistic approach to fitness and nutrition. She's not afraid to tell it to you how it is which I loved, as a lot of trainers tend to sugarcoat the facts. She worked with me (and still does to this day) to help correct my weak points and strengthen them. I couldn't recommend her personal training services enough. I walked in wanting physical changes but gained so much more than that as a result of having Pich encourage me as a trainer and eventually as a friend. You can expect some quality banter from her too so you're getting more for what you pay for really.
