I have been training with Hayden now for over 1 year and every session has been rewarding and fun!
Hayden spends time to cater for your specific goals and is invested in getting you the results that you want, through the use of personal workout programmes which he creates prior to each session. Each session/workout programme targets specific groups of muscles, getting you the results but in a fun and varied way.
I have definitely become stronger over the year training with Hayden, and feel that I have met my goals, allowing me to push myself harder and set new ones.
Due to Hayden's personable approach and expertise I would recommend Hayden to any gym veteran looking to change things up a bit or for the newbie who has never set foot in a gym! Trust me you won't be disappointed!

Hayden is an awesome PT! He has the right mix of fun and hard work down to a T, I always enjoy my sessions. He mixes it up every session and I get to try new things, he pushes me to work hard, and I'm really happy with my results - I'm the fittest I've ever been thanks to him. After every workout I walk out feeling really good/strong and I look forward to my sessions every week :)

For some months before starting to train with Hayden I had observed him working with clients who were much younger, stronger, fitter, and more athletic than me and was nervous before our first session. However, it quickly became apparent that Hayden has a talent for understanding each of his client’s goals; planning, recording and personalising workouts; and treating body niggles and old injuries with huge respect. He is a stickler for good form and technique. As a result, my strength, confidence, and stamina have increased. I was super impressed when, during the March/April 2020 lockdown, Hayden posted daily workouts online and then offered regular group training sessions and PTs via Zoom. This meant that we, his clients, were motivated, had (at least) maintained our fitness levels and could pick up where we had left off when we could finally get back to the gym. He is knowledgeable, consistently upbeat, encouraging and positive. I look forward to each of our sessions and absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Hayden as a Personal Trainer.

Top class advice and knowledge, really tailored to what you want and what you need. If you've signed up to/training for an event, I'd definitely recommend doing a programme to get the ball rolling - for strength, mobility, injury prevention as well as a healthy dose of motivation & checking-in from Hayden. I've been on a running plateau for the last few years, and only now starting to see improvements again. Feels amazing!

I am a skeptic by nature, but having trained with Hayden for over 3 months twice a week, there's a huge difference in my strength, from push ups, to pull ups, to abs. Hayden is fantastic at helping you achieve your goals and will make you work hard for it. Worth every penny.
