I was so lucky to join Dana’s classes. I really love the warm and fun atmosphere in Salutem studio. Dana is a lovely and very kind person who pays attention on everyone during training. For example , Dana knows about my back problem and she always reminds me how to exercise , what can I do today or she just gives me exercise which can help me for my back.
I also brings my daughter (11 year old)to Dana’s class and she loves it too. I would recommend to come and try a session with Dana and you will be very satisfied and happy for the whole day.

Dana is a very passionate and committed coach. Versatile and dynamic, Dana will help and support you in reaching your goals, even the most challenging ones. Dana is resourceful in the number of sports/activities she practices. I am fortunate enough to benefit from her group fitness classes, like Core, HIIT, Yoga etc... on a weekly basis. She also has a lot of knowledge in nutrition which is a great addition to any change you want to make. And although Dana will push you to the limits, she is a sweet and gentle person you need to know, her positive energy is contagious. I can only recommend Dana for all her talents and hope to have the chance to continue attending hers classes for as long as possible.

If you want a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and an excellent motivator to achieve your personal fitness and nutritional goals, Dana is one of the best! I know her as a colleague, friend, personal trainer, all in one and she comes highly recommended. She has oodles of patience, love, care and passion for her clients and her profession. Highly recommend Dana if you need someone who truly cares and aspires to see lives changed in a health way. I am still on my journey and Dana has helped me stay on track because she encourages me with exercise that is specifically tailored to meet my goals. She has educated me with nutrition advise and is extremely passionate about living a well balanced healthy life. Salutem is a cute cosy studio. The classes are taught by Dana who is a very welcoming person and a knowledgeable fitness instructor. I had fitness, dance, stretching classes with Dana and all were of the quality that makes a difference. Moreover, had classes post quite a serious knee injury and always felt that Dana’s instruction had taken that into account (including group classes) whilst being challenging enough to have a good progress. I had and continue having personal training with Dana to address post-injury complications, and find it very helpful as the instruction is getting precisely tailored to the general fitness level and post-injury knee capabilities and potential. The personal training with Dana is not only physical exercise but also a motivational training. With Dana’s training I see the result and start believing that any reasonable wellbeing goal is achievable.

Love Salutem studio and classes with Dana!
Well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. Always receive a huge portion of energy after work-out. Usually, I visit a couple of group classes and have one personal training per week. This "health routine" keeps me in a good mood all week. Really happy to be part of this warm and friendly atmosphere!
