Since joining Supervised Training over 4 years ago, Mike has helped me stay fit, motivated and create a sustainably healthier balance in eating habits. Mike is a fantastic trainer which tailors his training to your goals & abilities in a fun, motivating environment. I can happily report big improvements in my other sporting results and general energy levels. I highly recommend joining Supervised Training regardless of where you are on your journey of getting fit & healthy.

Supervised Training has been my go to for around 4 years as I find the group environment a fun, supportive, motivating and challenging way to work out. Mike has a great manner with people is engaging and always encourages me to push myself and often tailors the workout to meet my physical capabilities. He always changes the workouts up to keep them interesting. Supervised Training has been amazing for my Mental and Physical health I would highly recommend Supervised Training to anyone.

Supervised Training has been an absolute game changer, not only physically but mentally too! I used to train independently for many years but since joining the Supervised family I don't know how to train alone anymore. I genuinely look forward to training with others and always having someone there to push you. Mike caters to all levels of fitness and has helped me train through my various injuries/surgeries over the past years. The supervised training sessions are full of like minded and fun people who have social events and huge amounts of fun together inside and out of the Gym!

Things are always varied, but effective to eliminate boredom. I also appreciate that form and technique are focused upon to ensure great results without injury. Mike is a great trainer, I'm very blessed to have found ST.

Supervised training is not like any other programme I have seen. Mike and his team bring people from all levels of fitness together, motivates and supports them and adapts the daily programme to their personal needs and limitations. At the same time the group bonds together and supports each other, and builds a close knit family feeling environment.
The workouts can be done at anytime during the day so you can work out when and how it suits you.
Mike is a specialist in rehab and ensures that any injuries are managed properly and safely while still enabling you to workout to your fullest extent possible.
I joined supervised because, at the gym, I saw the trainers come and go throughout the day, the only trainer that was there every day training people and getting results was Mike, he works hard to make sure you get the attention you need. And if the group sessions and the killer bootcamp are not your cuppa tea then you can book 1 on 1 sessions with Mike as he customises a holistic programme of good eating and exercise to meet your needs. It is not a quick fix, these are tools that allow you to make lifestyle changes to maintain the result you achieve.
I would highly recommend Mike and Supervised Training, you won't regret joining the team.

Supervised training is group of people who are running race of fitness together with the best trainer Mike. It’s just not a training and last 4 years with supervised is best thing that has ever happened to me. No matter where you are Trianon good Mike is always there for you. Highly highly recommend!

Supervised is an amazing environment to get fit and healthy while having a great social aspect to the training. Since joining I have not only gained peak fitness but have also meet some incredible people from all ages and love training with them every day. Such a awsome culture and community of people all achieving their goals and building relationships that support training. I have had my best results ever and I plan on returning to mike's classes after baby number 2 . Get get my pre baby body back and to strengthen my body again.
