When I started with Jack I had just had a baby and lost all my fitness. Jack made sure to push me but also took care to perfect my form to make sure I didn't injure myself. I highly recommend Jack's classes to anyone of any fitness level. He is knowledgeable and the community he is creating is what makes FormUp so different to other bootcamps I've attended.

A fun, challenging and collaborative way to move the body. Jack puts time and thought into each fitness practice, and while every circuit is preplanned, he adjusts and tailors the session for everyone involved. Would recommend FormUp to those who appreciate the benefits of camaraderie when working out!

Jack was my instructor in the UK and I loved his sessions. He is a true professional, a motivator and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I’d sometimes try to slack off but he’d always push me that bit further and that’s what I needed. The size of the group didn’t matter, you always knew you’d get a personal session out of it. Jack is also kind and caring, I recall an injury involving a rabbit hole and a twisted ankle (all my own doing!)! I’d never heard a pop like it .. he gave me the right advice and reassurance I needed, and of course ensured I got home safely. Top man! Top instructor and you’ll get top results with him leading the way.

A fantastic PT with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in topics from: running, cycling, HIIT, to strength and conditioning. Jack will get the best out of you, friendly and motivating he will always get that "extra" out of you in a session. I met Jack 4 years ago as a overweight, cardio avoider. Since training with Jack I've embraced a healthier active lifestyle, embracing fitness and endurance sports and in the process become, faster, fitter and stronger!
