Jimm has a unique combination of intuition and technical expertise that allows him to create tailored solutions for your fitness needs and goals. I can't tell you the number of times he's traced the origin of a weird and niggling discomfort for me and patiently coached me through specific solutions. He's a bit of a legend to be honest. If you are looking for a realistic, friendly, responsive trainer with top notch skills, Jimm's the guy for you.

This is such a cool place to work out! Jimm is fantastic!! he has a great sense of humor whilst still being professional! due to past injuries my knees used to be in almost constant pain, now thanks to Jimm's knowledge and persistence they hardly ever hurt at all. he knows when I need to be pushed out of my comfort zone, but also how to support me when I'm having issues with my anxiety. I highly recommend! 10/10

I am definitely not the easiest client as I can be stubborn and am a tad opposed to exercise but Jimm has worked hard to find exercises and come up with programmes that I will enjoy (and that won't make me cry lol).
He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his clients. Highly recommend talking to Jimm if you are looking for a professional and amazing personal trainer.

I first started training with Jimm in a group cardio class which I really enjoy and learned a lot in. I had previously tried strength training in a small group situation and unfortunately not had much success.
I decided to start PT sessions with Jimm as I was keen to give weights a go again but felt I needed more direction. Jimm is very knowledgeable and has taught me a lot in my time training. I have 2 plans tailored to my goals that I am able to complete in my sessions and at home as well. With Jimm's coaching I have learned a lot about the correct form for each exercise I need to do and I have come so far in terms of strength and confidence in my abilities. With Jimm's encouragement I have achieved where I didn't think it was possible, and continue to do so! I am excited by the muscle gains I have made, I am stronger and love seeing the numbers go up as I lift heavier weights!

I first met Jimm 18 months ago as an instructor/coach at a fitness club where he ran a variety of classes. Cardio Kickboxing, and later on Boxfit and Circuit classes. I found him to be very approachable, technical and knowledgeable all the while challenging myself.
After a year where my fitness had improved and my passion for strength became apparent I went to Jimm for one on one training.
He assessed where I was at physically any limitations or injuries we discussed what I wanted to achieve or goals and set about devising a plan for me.
I have been training with him once a week since. I look forward to these sessions. He pushes me beyond what I think I am capable of and the results speak for themselves.
Muscle mass increase, over 14% body fat loss and the photographic journey to clearly see results.

I started working with Jimm when I had a sore shoulder that I couldn't seem to get rid of. Jimm explained that he wasn't a physio but may be able to help with my pain. Within a week or so that pain was going. Today I am mostly pain free.
Jimm set up a programme that allowed me to learn the exercises necessary and to develop my muscles so that I was using my body correctly. My body has a number of injuries and deformities. Jimm was great at working on ways to overcome these challenges and still be able to work the muscles.
As I hadn't done much physical exercise for years he started me off very basic and ensured I had great technique before moving on to the next stages. I really appreciated this as it gave me a better understanding of my own body.
