Coach Trudy is amazing, she has helped me in so many ways. She managed to get my health problems under control with a great training program and an awesome nutrition plan, together she has done wonders that doctors could not even do. I 100% recommend BoomTownPT to absolutely everyone as Coach Trudy is the absolute BEST!!!

BoomTownPT is a great place to get pushed to your limits, improve your fitness, get strong while still learning how to have balanced lifestyle. You build up a love hate (more love :D ) relationship with burpee's and get to train with a great team of ladies. Trudy is a book of knowledge with things fitness related and have enjoyed every minute of training with her.
