E. A.I am not usually one to go to the gym as I have never liked the experience at your usual gym with 100s of machines and blaring music.
I initially joined to support my partner in getting in shape for our upcoming wedding.
After meeting with Sam and getting a body scan we started working towards a healthier lifestyle with great support and motivation from Sam. He is very knowledgeable and pushes you without creating stress.
The small class size means that each class is tailored to what the attending members need. After 6 months of classes I am enjoying it so much that I will keep going even after the wedding.
J. T.The first step to start a change can be tough , but at Ignition, your step is into a welcoming space full of women on their own journeys but supporting each other. Sam knows so much about the physical, nutritional and really importantly the emotional and "mind stuff". Never pushes too much but works with you to achieve your goals. We also have fun😀

B.I've been doing evening sessions here for a few years now and have found it is a great way to stay active over winter and I am amazed at the strength and visible changes that I have achieved over that time. I've also found it to be a great social experience with Sam and other attendees being friendly and supportive. A. F.When I first decided to invest in my health and go back to a gym, I knew I didn’t want the environment you see all over social media in the classic gym selfies. I also certainly didn’t want to be in an environment where you didn’t feel fit enough, that I didn't know what I was really doing, I lacked guidance, and struggled to remember the correct form. Sam has created an incredible atmosphere where all of my barriers have been removed. I love the varied and challenging classes, where no two days are the same. He creates a focus on taking achievable steps and creating attainable goals to better your health and fitness. The only thing you need to bring is yourself. You gain confidence, find motivation, and strength you never knew you had. I am so incredibly excited about the results I have achieved so far and am excited to see how I can continue to gain. If you’re looking for someone who is interested in your success, there is nowhere else I could recommend more highly.
