L.I enjoy training with Mitch as she is enthusiastic and energetic, motivating me to try new exercises. However, she always makes sure that I have the correct technique and is happy to go over them if I have any queries about them. She does a superb job of catering to my specific needs to make sure I get the best out of my workouts. Since training with Mitch I have got stronger and now really miss when I can't get to do my weights.
K.As a P/T Michelle has helped me stay motivated and accountable. When I started with Michelle, she gave me confidence on the equipment and with her training on the technique of using the equipment I now have the confidence to also train outside of our training sessions, I was able to come to the gym and keep working towards my goals.
Michelle is great on the follow up to make sure I am on track with my goals. Also, with advice on food plan to also help with my overall health. Being in the over 60 age group Michelle is great at being able to adjust the training to suit my age group. That makes a big difference with a trainer.

s.Mitch is the best!! I’ve been seeing Mitch for almost a year and every workout is always different. Even when I was on shift work with ever changing worm hours Mitch was flexible and would always be able to find time which was amazing! Mitch is a great PT who is energetic, encouraging and always pushes me to do better.

N.Mitchy (MVP Training) was recommended to me. I was looking for a trainer who could support my workouts and guide me through my training but 'push' me at the same time. You see I am a 'talker' and I would prefer to talk my way through my workouts and not do the work. Well, I can't get away with that with Mitchy. It is hard to describe a trainer who is kind but also pushes you at the same time and makes you accountable, that is Mitchy. Mitchy is very encouraging but somehow makes you work harder, push harder weights and motivates you to do more.
A.Mitchy is an awesome trainer. She gives me the confidence and motivation I need to keep going no matter how off track I get!

D.Thanks so much for showing me the foam roller exercise for my hips, it really has made a huge difference to my back :) after badly spraining my back a few years ago I was very reluctant to embark on any form of exercise, it's quite remarkable how much this has helped.
