After nerve damage to my lower back and having tried physios, chiropractors, and personal trainers, I finally found success with Sabrina. You can tell she cares by the plans she makes, the progress charting, and the follow-ups post workout. She knows what she is doing and personalises a plan to fit your situation. Her enthusiasm and kindness make sessions enjoyable and rewarding. In 4 months with her, I have made more progress than I did for the entire year and half beforehand. I'm stronger, fitter, and above all else in much less pain. Thanks, Sab!!!

I have been working with Sab for about 6 months,in that time I have getting better as time goes on,I had a stroke and had several Physios and PT but none of them could really help me,one day I started talking to Sab and thought she might be able to help me,I thought why not give her a go,of all the help I received not one person got to the root of my problem,my big problem was mobility which she hit on straight away,my muscles were tight that's why I had problems with my mobility,to this day we work on mobility issues and strength of my muscles,in conclusion I just want to say the day I met Sab is the day my life has changed for the better 😃
