Lydia is one hell of a Calisthenics Personal Trainer. Lydia was my coach for many years and she helped me in achieving my development goals such as levelling up my STRENGTH training and CONFIDENCE and I always loved our sessions! She made each and every session fun, and she is so motivating and supportive of ALL her clients. It’s a rarity to find a Personal Trainer who you gel so well with and who genuinely cares about you and your growth, and she would go above and beyond to help me out because she has this amazing, caring nature and she really wants (and does!) to do right by you. If you are looking for a Dunedin based Personal Trainer who is understanding, personable, FUN, challenging and will educate you like no other -

Lydia is not your run of the mill coach and personal trainer - she takes the personal part to a whole new level! I’ve had the pleasure to be coached by her several years ago and not only has she way to relay movement knowledge in an easy to understand way, she’s also an amazing coach when it comes to mindset and growth in general.
Physical training requires a lot of mental training too and you couldn’t find a better coach to help you with both. If you’re Dunedin based and can work with her in person, I would give her bell quick smart :)

Lydia is like a Mindset Mentor and a Personal Trainer mixed together 😀 We only had a couple of coffee catch-ups but she gave me some very helpful personal development advice that I still remember. And those calisthenics workouts together wow... I have to tell she knows how to improve your strength, fitness.
If you're in Dunedin and need the help of a down to earth, kind PT, my recommendation is don't wait, just make the first step and talk to her. She is great.

This wonderful lady has a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise. I met her through CrossFit and watching her beat her personal bests consistently was inspiring and she was easily the most driven person in the group. Lydia has been one of the best personal trainers I have ever had!! No joke, when I had hit a brick wall with my training and mindset, she came in as a big ball of energy to hype me up, show me alternative fitness styles such as calisthenics and crossfit, and created for me a personalised plan that smashed me out every session! I have been blessed to have had her here in Wellington before she went down south to become a Dunedin Personal Trainer. I am severely jealous of everyone getting to utilise her services there. From my time with her, she introduced me to better weight and cardio form, led me to achieve crazy strength goals as well as all-round increased fitness.
