Highly recommend Fitness is Fun. It’s a fantastic, supportive and fun way to get amazing results of building strength and fitness in a group environment and enhances all areas of wellbeing. Really great for us older women who need that push to keep fit and it’s helped my running too.

FIF is a fun, non-judgmental space to enjoy fitness with a group of like minded people. The variety of workouts throughout the week keeps it fresh, and the instructors are great at listening to the needs to each person's body.

Fantastic bootcamp , I have gone for 5 years and Anna is amazing! Has helped me gain strength and fitness and get back into shape between babies plus my babies and young children have been welcome to tag along too! Great community and Anna is good at understanding individuals needs and goals.

Anna is always coming up with ways to keep our sessions fun, interesting and challenging. She offers alternative exercises to suit people with different fitness levels and injuries too. A great group to train with!

I love Fitness is Fun's Sunday runs. I enjoy the company of other runners, and the variety of places we meet and routes we take. Meeting early means there is still lots of the morning left once I get home. I usually run by myself during the week, so it's a treat to have a few laughs and banter while my Sunday runs with the group. There's no pressure to run a set distance or at a set pace.

Participating in Anna’s running groups and running workshops has been the best thing I could have done to improve my technique, distance and pace. She is an inspirational and motivating coach who I highly recommend.

I joined fitness is fun last part of the term last year and I really have never been motivated enough to stick it out well here I am still sticking at doing 5 days a week. The girls are friendly and supportive and fit right in. The training is different but I like the range of different trainers and it's never the same thing its always a different challenge and the trainers are so supportive and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend
