Sanna's weight loss programme is amazing. Its super easy to follow and incorporate into my every day life. Its more of a lifestyle change than a diet. Sanna is also very supportive and keeps you accountable through regular check ins. I've hit all my weight loss goals and I just want to keep going. I love the boot camps and have never felt more fit than I do now.

Sanna's program is great! She helped me to get back into a healthy lifestyle. I am still slowly losing weight and although it is progressing slowly I know it will be easier to keep off as I learnt new habits, or at least got back into previous healthy habits that I lost along the way. It took me a while to get my head back into it, but Sanna kept motivating me and helped me to stay strong until it eventually clicked. Sanna also became a good friend, but she stays professional. I highly value her opinions and advice and I would recommend anyone who values their health to invest in her great service!

This is the best place for some one who’s looking to keep your body fit while having fun. I love the fact that the coaches focus on each individual regardless of the number of people in the session and try to motivate you to do more and more and more.
The best part about this is the uniqueness of each session and every session is a full body workout.
I was never a person who spends more than 30 minutes in a gym. But in here I feel like the 45 minutes is gone in a blink of an eye.
I personally recommend this place to any individual who’s looking to get a fitter and a toned body.

I became one of those demotivated runners after I completed my marathon in 2020. Tired of solo training but since I've joined Sanna and her amazing team I am back on track, doing what I love with like minded, motivated and non-judgemental trainers. Working towards being better than I was yesterday. I recommend these bootcamp sessions to every single person out there who needs to work towards a fitness goal, losing weight or even just feel better about themselfs. I know for sure that I joined the right group!

Love that I get to walk into a non judgmental environmental with amazing women on their own fitness journeys. Sanna is so supportive and keeps you accountable for doing the work and showing up !! 45 min HIITs workouts are fantastic and as someone who hates cardio I am enjoying the variety of the workouts and pushing myself harder than ever before

Pure Scandi Bootcamps are great! All the trainers are awesome and the workouts are always different and cater to a wide range of abilities. Sanna always has options to suit different fitness/injury needs. I can definitely feed myself getting fitter!

Fantastic workouts - 3 weeks into bootcamp and still keen to get up each morning. Sets me up for a amazing day. Fun, fast high intensity for the whole body. Workout explained and demonstrated well. Trainers are amazing and gives you encouragement as well as giving you the extra push to get through. Definitely recommend come and join like minded people getting out doing it!!!!

At Pure Scandi Fit you are pushed and encouraged to achieve. Great trainers and everyone is so encouraging. I started at zero fitness level and zero knowledge, but they teach you and keep you motivated. Everyone welcomed. Love that every class is different. Would definitely recommend 👌👍 😀

Sanna’s bootcamps are helping me feel better about myself inside and out. The exercise helps my mental health, I always feel happy when I leave after my morning classes. I used to be so fit and I have sadly lost my way but I have trust that continuing what I am doing now I will be back to my old self in no time. I highly recommend Pure Scandi Fit Bootcamps, whether you’re already on the journey of becoming a better version of yourself or just starting out. Sanna will hold you accountable but also encourage you and offer a lot of helpful advice. She’s the type of instructor to not give up on you even if you’ve given up on yourself. There are several bootcamp sessions throughout the week with some that you can do online via zoom. You can start at any fitness level really. Before I started training at PSF I could barely run a kilometre without feeling light headed and dizzy. I recently participated in Round The Bridges (on invitation by Sanna) and was able to run continuously for 3 kilometres and completed the 5k run without any problems.
