Starting my journey with Kirstyn was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Kirstyn came highly recommended by my midwife after I had my second baby via emergency c section. I had lost all core strength, was feeling very fragile and was terrified of exercising again. I started with the KC Fit Mummy Tummy and Bits course where I learnt about muscles I didn’t even know existed, how to exercise safely and I also saw a massive improvement in my tummy split. By the end of the course I was feeling stronger, confident and excited about exercising. 12 months on and I love attending the boot camp and am also a member of KC Fit @home. @home gives me both challenging yet fun workouts and also the flexibility I need with two small children at home.

She willingly shares her skills, knowledge and expertise with clients to ensure they get the best results, and also with other trainers in a way that is easy for them to understand and implement. All trainers who work with women should upskill in this area, Kirstyn is a great teacher and mentor!

The care and education I received as a client (and a new mum) of Kirstyn, lead me to quit my corporate job and train to be a post natal trainer myself. Kirstyn taught me everything I know and continues to be a mentor to me in fitness instruction and in business. The way Kirstyn presents information is easy to understand and digest. She has a wealth of knowledge on the pelvic floor and how to instruct your clients on it. She is a trainer who thinks practically and can advise on how to put all the knowledge into practice.

I absolutely love my KC Fit sessions! I've been attending at least 2 sessions per week for more than 2 years and it is truly a highlight of my week. I've become super fit, stronger, leaner, faster and happier under the guidance of Kirstyn Campbell, Fiona Harris and Anni Monk. These trainers are not only personality plus, they know their stuff and offer individualised attention to ensure that we are training safely at our own level. Since joining KC Fit I realise how much I didn’t know, even though I had been exercising for some time I was doing exercises which were causing more injury to my tummy split. Kirstyn not only is a motivating and fun trainer, she is also very technical in understanding how important it is for Mum’s to train safely and keeps up to date with the research. The workouts are fun giving our brains a workout too! Kirstyn is a fun trainer and always gets a laugh out of us as well as keeping us in check by reminding us throughout each of the exercises how to do them safely. I have been doing boot camp sessions with KC fit for about two years, and love it! Kirstyn, Fiona and Anni are fantastic trainers who make each session challenging, but fun! No one session is the same, which keeps things interesting. They are always concerned with correct and safe technique, and can come up with a range of alternatives if you are injured (as in my case). I would highly recommend KC Fit!

I can’t say enough about how incredible KC fit is. Not only am I training with amazing coaches that are keeping the training safe after my c section and giving me the correct ways to train but the group of mums are so supportive and it really is a great community feel. I have been working out with KC Fit for the last three years. Kirstyn, Fiona, and Anni have been encouraging and enthusiastic during every class. They have accomodated all my previous and new injuries by giving me alternative exercises. This has kept me moving during my recovery. I absolutely love my 2 morning workouts at KC Fit. The babysitters are amazing, the workouts are always different and lots of fun. The trainers ensure that we workout safely checking our tummy splits and pelvic floor and the groups I train with are awesome =)

Kirstyn has done extensive training and education, and investigation in all things Pelvic floor, she also works with Pelvic Floor physios in designing her programmes, making sure she is educated in up to date practices for training the pelvic floor. She is committed to helping and educating all women live a dryer, pain free more active lifestyle, to benefit not just them but their families. This should be a course that every trainer training

KC Fit is amazing I cant recommend them highly enough. I've been doing their bootcamps and boxing classes and I really enjoy them. Fun, challenging and a great community of women. It's so reassuring knowing you are being exercised safely protecting your tummies and pelvic floor. Being able to being the kids along too is fantastic.

KC Fit is fantastic! Whilst I don’t have kids, I was wanting a fitness group that would help me get back into exercise after I had a brain injury in a car accident some months ago. A full-on, hardcore boot camp was not possible but KC Fit was a great option - the format is seriously challenging but everything is with each persons wellbeing and ability as the priority. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

KC fit classes literally make my week, I feel so comfortable and well looked after in every class. I love how the trainers are all mums and are so down to earth. I would feel so stress free the rest of the day/week . The baby sitters are really nice ,Im happy she is in good hands while I work out.

As a qualified personal trainer who trains with Mums, when I became a Mum I wanted someone who knew what they were doing, who would look after my body, challenge it safely, understand and relate to the different needs in the way us Mums need to train, and get me results in a fun and welcoming environment. I know, I don’t ask much right?!! But in the 6+years since I 1st trained with KCFit I can honestly say I haven’t found anyone else who has ticked all those boxes and more. She gets it! She laughs about it. She’s great with you when you cry about it! She takes care of the individuals and has created a community out of it. SO glad I found KC fit!! My wee boy doesn't want to part with me but this mumma needs something for herself and need to get bikini body ready so he watches while I work out with other lovely mums and our awesome, knowledgeable trainer cheers us on. Everyone is so understanding when toddler throws a tantrum and by the end of the workout I'm in such a good mood and it really sets me up well for the day :)

Love my bootcamp sessions with Kc Fit. I have been doing bootcamp for 3yrs now and wouldnt change a thing. All 3 trainers, Kirstyn, Fiona and Anni, know what they are talking about and make the classes super enjoyable and super HARD!! I get to workout safely everytime!!!! Could not recommend KC FIT more.
