BuildaBody is a supportive and inclusive gym environment. Working in smaller classes you are able to get a lot of hands on support with coaches. I have found in the few months I have been going a change in my focus towards nutrition and huge growth in overall strength. Highly recommend to anyone looking at any stage of their fitness journey!

I’ve been going for almost two years now and honestly can’t fault the place. It’s a good fit for anyone starting their fitness journey or looking to challenge themselves on the daily. The trainers here have a wealth of knowledge among them and can help set you up for success with your fitness and nutrition goals. I personally have learnt so much about how the body operates and have enjoyed every second of my training. This place is like a second home now and has made a massive impact on how I live life day to day, so much so that I’m currently studying towards a degree in nutrition. Honestly couldn’t recommend a better gym. If you sign up here you’ll fall in love with exercise and never want to stop.

In just two short weeks Buildabody has really shown me how a gym should be run. The group classes are great, the coaches really care and are more than happy to help where they’re needed, they’re encouraging and they want to see you succeed. It’s also been a place where I’ve been able to learn more about my body, my strengths, and what I mainly need to work on. I only give at 4⭐ because there is always room for improvement 😁, and you will improve at BAB: strength; toning; fitness; rehab; weightloss.... This gym has very different approach to working out, it"s better, and I highly recommend checking it out!

Right from the get-go, Buidabody has made my choice in wanting to join so relaxed and easy. I can honestly say my first initial meet and greet wasn't what I had made up in my head lol...as a mama of 4 and nanny to 1 I was super nervous, but thanks to Ben I got over that pretty quick and was excited about my first session with the team. I'm now 2 weeks in and absolutely loving it! Best decision I've made was joining Buildabody. The team here is amazing!! For years I have suffered from a herniated disc in my lower back, the pain would sometimes get so bad I was unable to get out of bed, I have tried everything possible from physio, pain killers and even a cortisone injection in the damaged disc with little or no relief After 4 weeks working with Jayden from BuildaBody I no longer have pain, I have my full mobility back and am able to go back to doing things I couldn't due to the pain. If you suffer from lower back pain I highly recommend talking with Jayden, he has helped me emencly and has given me back a life without pain.

I couldn't even do a kneeling press up when I joined! After a year or so of only 1-2 workouts a week, I was much stronger and am free from the muscular-skeletal pain I used to get. The instructors are very helpful and good at tailoring exercises to where you are at.
