Craig is very professional and supportive. He takes his time to understand your goals and set the program to help you in achieving them. He also ensure that your posture is spot on to mitigate any exercise related injury. In summary, he is amazing!

Craig is always professional and supports me to achieve my fitness goals. He takes time to listen to what I want to achieve, and designs interesting programmes to meet my goals. Craig is patient and clearly explains exercises to ensure I am carrying them out safely.
