J.I am 100% sure that if you sign up with Coach Pea you won't regret it! Just so you know, I was pretty much afraid of exercise and I knew nothing about fitness before I started working with Paula! I have always struggled with my weight and motivation and I was pretty nervous about joining classes or doing PT *but* Pea makes you feel so welcome and gorgeous and strong and now I really look forward to exercising! She supports you to meet your goals, is really down to earth, and is so much fun! The classes she runs are full of a diverse group of wonderful wahine and she always changes it up to keep things interesting ! I have seen my body change so much (my doctor recently said I'm the healthiest I've ever been!), I feel so much stronger and more confident too. If you are looking for a supportive, experienced, and lovely trainer then you absolutely have to check out Coach Pea : )
C.Paula has been training me for 18 months now. I have built a lot of muscle, toned up and become a lot stronger mentally and physically. Paula has a fantastic positive energy and it has been great for me mentally being around such a strong minded woman. She has supported me not just through my fitness goals but life goals too.
She is the least intimidating person you could meet. So if you are looking to start a training programme with a trainer that will totally have your back don’t look any further than Coach P.
