Lauren is fantastic! 100% Highly recommend. Its fantastic to have the accountability, but also the convenience of doing sessions at your home. She helped me get fit and strong, whilst learning and laughing along the way. She's lovely and pushes you and tailors every work out and dare I say, even makes working out fun! Its fantastic to have the app as well, so you can see your progress along the way and she sets challenges which are great, I have learned alot from Lauren and can't thank her enough.

I am so pleased I found Impact Health & Fitness - purely off the internet and really didn't know what I was in for. But having a Personal Trainer come to me sounded amazing as life is busy. I can hand on heart say in the six months that Lauren has been coming to me twice a week that I have NEVER exercised so much. And it's been so easy! Lauren has shown me how to adapt the exercise into my life and just to keep going and keep fitting that exercise in. I have even done it at 7:00 at night in front of the TV because I had to get my session in. That is not the old me before I met her!!! I thought I would only do 2x sessions a week with Lauren coming here for a month or so but six months on I'm still serious about investing in my health and don't want to drop down to just seeing her 1x a week - in all honesty I just enjoy the sessions with Lauren so much. They're in my living room, they're tailored for me and my body's needs and Lauren has such a lovely warm, easygoing, no-stress, you-can-do-it way about her that I wouldn't have it any other way. And she is so knowledgable about your body and how different exercises impact you. Great for those little injuries you might have because she tailors exercises around them. Don't be scared if you're thinking of contacting these guys, you too will love it!

AMAZING is how I would recommend Lauren, I wish I'd met her years ago. I have been with Lauren for 6 months now and I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Her down to earth, easy going professionalism is beyond words, she really sets you at ease. If you ever feel like giving up ...trust me you wouldn't want to with Lauren, her classes are so much fun,weather you are at her group class or your 1 on 1 sessions .... We always have a laugh. So I would like to thank you Lauren for helping me and encouraging me to come so far from where I was and here's to where I am GOING to be with more of your help.

Lauren, is a fantastic personal trainer, I really liked her way of facilitating the exercises that was responsive to injuries along with making sure to that the exercises where done in the correct form for maximum benefit, I have had personal trainers in the past that would get you to do 30, situp, 30 pressup etc but Lauren uses a countdown model which seems to be less concerned with how many of the exercises you do and more about form, I liked that I didn't need to reach a specific number. Lauren helps to empower you and reach your goals without the traditional motivational technique that can leave people feeling deflated, highly recommend!! Very proud I can do press ups!! 😁

I worked with Lauren online for about 8 months and cant speak highly enough of her. She is caring, knowledgeable, professional and supportive. I never felt pressured at all only encouraged and motivated. Working with her helped me in so many ways and really made me aware of my own behaviours i never would have acknowledged otherwise. Im much more honest with myself now and also feel good about keeping on a better path going forward. Its no secret i dont enjoy exercise but ive kept it up and even surprised myself! I will always be grateful for everything Lauren did for me. I would recommend her to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey, when i started with her i knew nothing and now i feel confident carrying on with everything she taught me and to me thats bloody priceless. 🙌🏻

Would 110% recommend signing up to training with Lauren. She is dedicated, hard working, reliable and passionate. She encourages her clients to set & work towards achieving their individual goals, breaking them down into achievable steps so they don't seem so daunting. To top it all off she is bubbly, positive, friendly and has such a kind, caring & supportive nature. Lauren goes above and beyond for her clients and is always happy to answer questions even outside of my usual training sessions with her. This valued support has encouraged me to stay on track and helps hold me accountable even on the days when I don't train with her. Thanks to Lauren I am the healthiest, strongest and most confident I have been in years. I'm so grateful to have Lauren as a PT and would be lost without her guidance.

My PT sessions with Lauren have changed my life both physically and mentally. I look forward to every session as it’s always a challenge although Lauren has a way of making it fun. - also Lauren has managed to bear with me through a few health issues, she always made contact to see how I was doing although I couldn’t train for a few months! This tells me Lauren is 100% committed to making a difference as she will go the extra mile for you. If you’re wanting to be worked hard but still be able to smile along the way - impact health and fitness is where to go!

I've just completed a programme with Lauren, and found it super helpful. Lauren was committed to figuring out where I was at and what my goals were, and started from there. In a short time I have seen results I didn't think were achievable in this time frame.
I would highly recommend Lauren even for people like me, never been "overly fit" and a bit nervous about working with a trainer! She's made me want to aim higher. I look forward to working with Lauren again in the future.

Lauren is an awesome PT. I’ve only been attending sessions for a few weeks but already can see how committed she is to helping me reach my goals plus more. She won’t go easy on you, makes sure you are pushing to your full potential. Is always there to help if you have a query or just want to show her what your eating. And always looking for the positive. I look forward to my sessions and finding muscles I didn’t know existed 😆

I worked with Lauren as I prepared for an Outward Bound adventure. I needed to increase my fitness so I could maximise my experience, Lauren worked with me to achieve my fitness goals and gave me the gentle nudge when I needed it. Having her come to my home was the clincher for me, this made it easy and fitted into my schedule. Nothing was too much trouble, I'd certainly recommend Lauren to support you on your fitness journey.
