B.Stayed here on work trips several times. Easy check in, good rooms with microwave etc. Quiet space with free movie's.Free parking upstairs. Great that they have arranged charge back from local restaurants, shows a high level of support for local businesses. Welcome notes are a nice touch. Would recommend.
K.We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect and comfy! We chose the worst weather weekend to come to NP but the movie selection and location of the hotel - the mall is literally across the road - made it still feel awesome! Would definitely stay here again!
C.Well presented One Bedroom Apartment which was really well equipped. Handy to have a washing machine & dryer and a full kitchen. Excellent central location, with a nice wee French Cafe opposite. Excellent standard of housekeeping and friendly team at the front desk. Highly recommend and great value for money!
M.The room I stayed in was very spacious with good facilities and a nice bed. Noise was not an issue despite large windows and first floor position. The hotel is very conveniently located with many food options, shops and the waterfront within short walking distances.
I accidentally left an item behind in the room and the staff very kindly posted it to me. This process was easy and quick.
I'd definitely stay here again!

P.Everything in our rooms where just perfect. The position of Quest New Plymouth was also perfect, so close to everything. We booked 2 joint rooms which were great value for 2 nights. We booked direct which they thanked us for.. My first time in New Plymouth and I highly recommend Quest appartments and the city..

T.Quest is located in the heart of New Plymouth and offers clean and spacious rooms.
I enjoyed my stay here while in town for a long weekend getaway. We chose Quest because of the location. Quest was perfect for us as it an easy stroll from all the good restaurants New Plymouth has to offer.
The check in staff were very friendly and professional and gave us some good advice about some of the places we wanted to see around town.
The room was in immaculate condition and featured high cielings and lots of natural light. The TV boasted an entertainment system with a huge selection of on demand movies.

Check Out in New Zealand is mostly until 10. Right after ten we were asked to leave. This is generally a bit of a thing in NZ. Never experienced that travelling all around the world.
M.I've stayed here many times and always book again when in New Plymouth. Friendly staff, large rooms, comfy bed and great central location.
D.Location is in the centre of CBD close to the coastal walkway, library, museum, art gallery etc..Starbucks is just in front of the Bldg and shopping g mall is just at the rear. Room sizes are very generous - our group have 2 bedrooms, 1 bedrm and studio. Very clean and the duty manager was very helpful. Would definitely book again if in NP.
S.Perfect location, great price, very clean. The rooms are soundproof too, so you don't hear the noises from other guests or the noise from the streets.
The location is right next to the City Centre shopping mall too! And I very quick walk to the waterfront. Loved it. I definitely recommend these apartments
B.We arrived after midnight to find we had not one, but 2 rooms (I had paid for a suite with a fold out couch for our kids to sleep on as we just needed a crash pad for the night). They had made up singles in an a joining room, much to our happy surprise! I don't think we've ever had that happen, very much exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay again, clean, tidy, quiet and good facilities in rooms.
T.Well situated for the fantastic coastal walkway, excellent facilities, including a dishwater, a decent sized fridge and friendly and helpful staff, a TV that allows screen mirroring and a comfortable bed. We really liked it there.
p.This place has a homely feel. The Manager and the housekeeping staff are really helpful and make you feel at home.
Stayed here for 2 weeks and have no complaints. The room is tidy with all appliances that one would usually need. You can also go to city fitness for Gymming
J.Book a studio room all nice and clean shelf missing in fridge so limited space but MAIN disappointment is the fact that only one arm chair and TV stuck on wall so v difficult to watch from bed annoying cos wanna relax at nite on holiday. Bathroom floor floors badly unless yiu have shower in very gently. Carpet in hallway from car park in poor dangerous condition easy to trip on the carpet joins. House hold staff excellent. Would have been so easy for them to make TV on a swivel. Also would have appreciated a bit more cultery only 2 knives 2 forks etc
R.I usually stay at Quest when working in New Plymouth. It is central, has off-street (uncovered) parking if you book it in advance, and is both quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and in good order and accessibility was good. I really only stay to sleep after I finish work around 1am, so can't say much more than I slept well, which is all you can hope for.

No food on site except for an optional delivery of Continental Breakfast but chargeback is available with 10 local restaurants which provide ample selection including a couple that will deliver to the room. Free WiFi included is both fast and generous at 5Gb per day.

A.Accommodation is of a very high standard. There is an option to request rooms with a washing machine and dryer. Rooms have kitchenettes. There is a gas BBQ / Griller upstairs on the terrace for use by guests. Wi- fi connection speeds are excellent and complimentary with room. Charge back available from many quality restaurant and cafes within the New Plymouth CBD.
M.Good place to stay if you want to be central, quiet and has good facilities in room and links to other places like restaurants and a local gym. Parking at the back upstairs too.
V.Great location in the middle of town. The reception staff were very accommodating considering we unexpectedly checked in late. The room is spacious and comfortable.

A.(Translated) Central location, probably former, completely rebuilt post office building, rooms very spacious and clean, air conditioning, small pantry kitchen, unfortunately no washing machine or at least clothes horse in the room, only 1 WM / dryer for the entire hotel is too little, on the day of departure we were at 10: 1 a.m. Called from the front desk when we would leave! We have never seen this anywhere before, as at least 30 minutes of goodwill are given! We then have at 10:11 a.m. checked out

Lage zentral, wohl ehemaliges, komplett umgebautes Postgebäude, Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, Klimaanlage, kleine Pantryküche, leider keine Waschmaschine oder zumindest Wäscheständer im Zimmer, nur 1 WM / Trockner für das gesamte Hotel ist zu wenig, am Abreisetag wurden wir um 10:01 Uhr a.m. von der Rezeption angerufen, wann wir abreisen würden! Das haben wir bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt, da zumindest 30 Minuten Kulanz eingeräumt werden! Wir haben dann um 10:11 Uhr a.m. ausgecheckt
