Back in May 2019 I was finding myself rather uncomfortable with how my body was operating. My hormones were out of whack, stress was like my neighbor - always there, I was a little chubby for my liking & my confidence took a back seat while uneducated choices with pantry items & workout efforts took the wheel. My journey with Shannon started that month after finding her on social media, and I've only ever looked back to admire the progress we've achieved together. Fast forward two years to 2021, & I've just signed up to my 14th challenge with Shan. I've lost 18kg, my hormones are balanced, easy affordable wholesome & creative nutritional meals are staple in my diet, I workout & move my body because I can & love a challenge. I handle stress in a far healthier way and am more aware of energy expenditure - mentally, emotionally & physically. Not only have I found a niche within fitness & food that has become apart of my lifestyle, I've gained a life-long friend who holds no judgement but supports accountability. At the end of the day, it is the individual who has control over one's self - Shannon is there to motivate you and keep you heading in the desired direction. Shannon is supportive, knows her stuff, and so so empowering. No matter your size or shape - this woman embraces & enhances your inner beauty, which in turn blossoms through to your surface. They say you should always surround yourself with those who uplift you and clap for you on the sideline, & I will be surrounding myself around Shannon for a very long time. Thanks Shan, I'm the best version of myself to date & you are a huge part of that success. #scfit
