I have been trying to find a way to lose weight and exercise more for years. I have tried every single gym / PT in town. I have never come across a place as BL. My life is all over the place now, and I had all the opportunities to give up, but the commitment from the Bodylean crew makes me feel that my goal are actually a team effort. I will recommend the place to anyone in any circustance. BL is your best chance to get in shape and/or improve your health.

I have found both Andrew and Brodie friendly and encouraging. And have so much enjoyed doing my sessions with Brodie and my training partner. After 4 weeks I'm improving! It's a really good work out tailored to my goals and age and taking into account recent injuries that have left me the unfittest I have been in many years. Haha first time in my nearly 67 years I have stepped into a gym or personal training centre. So I really appreciate the personal instruction from Brodie, and his patience, and in the program Andrew and he have put together to help me recover from my injuries, strengthen my body and prepare for my new sporting interests. Thanks guys you both are awesome.

Best decision I ever made coming to Bodylean. I did quite a bit of research deciding where to go because I'm pretty unfit. I couldnt ask for better results after 6 weeks, stronger, happier, feeling more confident and really excited to keep improving. I suffer from gut issues and their elimination diet, supplements and knowledge has been the best advice I've had. The music's not bad and I always have a good laugh!

I’ve never been able to get into going to the gym, finding the big gyms intimidating and boot camps a bit overwhelming not sure if I’m doing things correctly. I’ve been going to BodyLean for 4 weeks now and I love it. Everyone is super lovely and the classes are so welcoming. Alaina is AMAZING, so encouraging and supportive without being OTT and she’s super knowledgeable. And I love that BodyLean focus on the big picture and allround health and wellness. Andrew's attention and individual programme has made a considerable change to my recovery from a significant injury. I had hit a plateau and the programme and Andrew and Alaina's personal attention have moved me on. I have been inspired to lose weight and my overall strength and conditioning are much improved. I would recommend Bodylean to anyone wanting to make a change in their fitness for life.

I first approached BodyLean in December 2019. I have struggled with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome [CFS] (low energy, stiffness, pain and hypoglycemic type symptoms) for most of my adult life. More recently I have received an interim diagnosis of Wilson's Disease, which relates to the body not processing copper absorbed through food. I was also at least 30KG overweight. Andrew kindly and patiently listened to me, with zero judgement and a warm and welcoming manner.
Following the consultation, Andrew designed a nutrition program to deal with the CFS and modified that to reduce copper intake. I started this prior to Christmas 2019. In early January 2020, I started one-on-one personal training sessions with Brodie. It's fair to say I was scared of training around others around me, mainly through the embarrassment of my situation. One-on-one has really helped with this.
Five weeks after meeting with Andrew, and three weeks after starting with Brodie, I can report that I am 11KG down. I've lost 2 inches on my belt size. I feel younger, I feel slimmer, my mind is clearer and more thoughtful.
Brodie is gradually increasing the weights I work with, the numbers of reps and sets, and now I'm about to be released into a twice a week program. I will also start training with another person on a similar program. That's a big deal for me, in terms of confidence.
Generally, I feel confident and more energetic. I used to stand and look at the Body Lean facilities while I was buying food locally and think, "I wish". I had a feeling that the program there would work. It does, but I still have a long way to go to get where I want to be.
A month ago, I had doubts that I could do it, but now I believe I can. Self-belief is something I have always struggled with, but the support of BodyLean has done more in this regard than anyone else.
I cannot recommend Andrew and Brodie (BodyLean) highly enough. Thanks for taking me on the books guys.

Andrew’s expertise has really helped me out, I’ve lost 14kg in my first 4 months training with him. Not just exercise but nutrition info too. Plus he also helped out with advice on an old injury which other specialists haven’t been able to so easily diagnose. I highly recommend Bodylean 👍🏻
