I was a member of WOF for 4 years and loved every minute of it. Coaches are amazing and supportive. Can alter workouts or exercises for your level of fitness or if you have an injury. A fun place to workout!

This is a great place to go to work out, and feel good about yourself! The team are friendly and supportive, and know how to get the best results out of you! It is a very family friendly place, and there are friendships made that will motivate and encourage you to be your best self! Be brave, come along… you won’t be disappointed!

There is always a great buzz in the gym and everyone is made feel at home. There is a wide range of class times to suit all needs and working hours. I enjoy achieving my fitness goals with the support of the dedicated and informed coaches.

Love this place! Such an awesome vibe, I feel very welcome each time I walk in the doors. The coaches are professional, approachable and above all else - they know their stuff! Definitely recommend for all levels of fitness.

I'm one month in on my nutritional journey with Paula from WOF and she has been absolutely lovely to have as a nutritional coach. I would really recommend giving them a go if you were after someone to help you and be there with you daily to make sure you reach your nutritional goals!

I joined the 6 week programme years ago and had an awesome group of ladies not only trainers but those around me that helped me push through my limits. The trainers come with their own personal experiences from mummy body’s to needing the next step in fitness. Totally recommend this programme.

This is such a warm and welcoming place to train, with coaches that know what they are doing and genuinely what to see the best in you. Lots of different options for classes, 1 on 1s, group training to keep you motivated and headed towards smashing your goals, whatever they may be…

WOF is a game changer. From bootcamp and specialty classes, to the good old 'kill yourself trying and love it!' WOD's, WOF is excellent! Whether you are a fitness freak or a beginner (like I was), a teen or have an active kid - I'd highly recommend WOF. They have a focus on holistic physical wellbeing, community and technique, you'll learn how to push yourself to your physical limits safely, smash your goals and become a part of a supportive community.

I have been coming to Wof for about 4 years. Great space, great coaching and workouts to suit all. If you want to get fit, make new friends and have some banter, this is the place.
