A. L.I absolutely love training with Align's Brianna. I have suffered for many years with hip and lower back pain due to bad posture and an old injury but thanks to my training routine this has greatly improved. I had never had a personal trainer before but I would highly recommended Align. They are very supportive and work with you to over come any issues or problems you may have. I train remotely through Zoom and wouldn't have got through lockdown without them. Brilliant. Thank you Align!
