I absolutely love training with Align's Brianna. I have suffered for many years with hip and lower back pain due to bad posture and an old injury but thanks to my training routine this has greatly improved. I had never had a personal trainer before but I would highly recommended Align. They are very supportive and work with you to over come any issues or problems you may have. I train remotely through Zoom and wouldn't have got through lockdown without them. Brilliant. Thank you Align!

Making the decision to train with Align Exercise Specialists has been one of the best decisions of my life and has improved life considerably for the better. Training with Brianna I have seen a dramatic change in my physical health and mental wellbeing, my workout plans are well designed taking into consideration my lifestyle and tailored specifically to my goals. Brianna understands my goals and develops plans to suit them constantly evolving each phase making each workout challenging and exciting! The one-to-one training sessions are amazing Brianna is incredibly knowledgable and able to adapt workouts to suite in the moment as well as being supremely engaging and motivational.

Brianna is an amazing personal trainer! She is very clear in her instructions and pushes me to do things I didn’t believe I could do! She is able to identify areas of weaknesses to ensure we strengthen these. I am getting stronger and fitter with every session!

Brianna is a very attentive instructor... She is very encouraging and is great at adapting exercises to my needs. I feel both supported and challenged during her sessions. Also Zoom sessions during lockdown are a great way to keep up the progress
