S. J.The two trainers are very lovely and make you feel very comfortable. I've been going to the mumfit fusion classes and they are really fun, a good mixture of everything. I have a good laugh and get a really good workout in. Excited to continue going.
S. P.Such a cool way to work out! I don’t usually enjoy group classes as I feel too much pressure, but with soul movement the group feels like a family. We are all encouraged to be comfortable in our own skin and to not only do our best, but to have a lot of fun and laughs together while working out as well.
