I did Personal Training with Caitlin. She was super friendly and helped me to achieve my fitness goal. She was really organized when getting things set up initially - CRV fitness have awesome recipe books - lots of variety ! Really enjoyed training with Caitlin. Highly recommend CRV fitness 👌
