Since working with Jody there are no excuses - I turn up, show up, try, achieve and leave!
I love how I feel! I love how building up my upper back muscles has helped my lower back. And even though daily work around the house is busy, my body feels strong to achieve it!
I love the personal sessions!
I love that my kids are accepted and I don't need to leave them!

Jody is an amazing Pre and Postnatal certified trainer who has such knowledge of our bodies, and how to get them working at their best. She’s able to adapt exercises if I have an injury or I’m having an off day.
I love the laughter with Jody and the other mums, it’s never boring, that’s for sure! Jody has been a great support over the years helping to grow stronger and start things like running.

MumSafe Trainer Caren Van Gastel has made my return to exercise following pregnancy safe and effective. Caren has a wealth of knowledge regarding the post partum body especially pelvic floor health which is so so important! She is always enthusiastic and her work outs are fun and effective. It's also so great that I can take my baby along and if he needs attention Caren always has a baby holding-friendly exercise you can do. I highly recommend joining her programme.

Such a supportive group lead by MumSafe Trainer Louise Hurley. I love how we focus on strength from the inside out- so important for postnatal bodies. Great workouts and the kids can come along too! Much easier to get workouts done when your kids are entertained and everyone out in the sunshine! Great way to start the day. So glad I'm a Strong Mum and so glad she’s a MumSafe trainer!

I was looking for a women's fitness group after having my son around the North Kellyville area that would work with my busy mum life. I'm so glad I've found my MumSafe Trainer BeckyD PT because the classes are so perfect, I can bring my son if I need to. I love that it's a full body workout monitored by her experience and focus on women's fitness to get the best out of your session. I've been attending Fit For 2 classes with MumSafe trainer, Anita Guerra, for about 3 months now to help me safely strengthen my pelvic floor and get back into fitness postpartum. I'm so grateful for Anita's knowledge, commitment to her community and support throughout my "get fit and get stronger" journey and love that I can bring bub along!!
Anita has our wellbeing as priority and always wants to ensure we are doing the right modifications for our level of fitness/recovery and that we are educated in various areas. She also referred me to an amazing women's health physio; which I didn't even know was a thing! I wish I met Anita when I was pregnant, but will be keeping up with classes as I recover from my first baby and hopefully strengthen myself for when we try for number 2! Thanks Anita!

Lou is an amazing MumSafe trainer who knows how to care for and strengthen postpartum bodies. Not only is her knowledge base great but the classes are totally kid friendly. I am having to do many exercises whilst wearing my 7 month old and she tailors the workout to accommodate for both of our needs (and she even sometimes wears my baby for me). As my daughter changes, as do my workouts.
After having my 2nd baby my pelvic floor was extremely weak. I have since been discharged from pelvic floor physio and am getting stronger every day thanks to the knowledge of MumSafe trainers like Lou.

"After giving birth to my little one I knew I needed to, and really wanted to get back into exercising as soon as possible but I didn’t know where to start or what would be safe for me to start with.
That’s when I came across Vibe Fitness who offer a Postnatal Program run by a qualified MumSafe™ Trainer, and the bonus part is they have free child minding during the sessions.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Chelsea anymore, she is so knowledgeable, and if needed she will adapt exercises for you and your level. She knows exactly what areas needed to be worked on to build up your strength post baby and really focuses on the pelvic floor muscle.
I was quite nervous starting out, knowing full well I had lost all my strength and my body wasn’t anything like it used to be, which made me self conscious. However, after my first session I knew I had found the right place. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming, and Chelsea is just amazing and makes you feel so good about yourself.

Mags is a warm and caring personal trainer who is passionate about women's health. Her classes are tailored to suit your level of fitness and her warm and encouraging nature makes you feel at ease, whatever your fitness level. I have had so much fun with Mags and achieved fitness goals I wouldn't have believed a few years earlier. I also know that I am improving my pelvic floor health while having fun and getting fit. When I first met Bec a year ago i was recovering from Postpartum Psychosis. Unfortunately the medication had resulted in a significant weight increase. Bec was kind and listened to my story, she encouraged me to see a woman’s health physio before commencing training with her. Bec has become part of my “care team” supporting my health and well-being, encouraging me to regain my strength and focus on my physical health. I like to go to her classes 3 times a week, if I can. I love that I can take my child or jump into a zoom session, if need be. I’ve also made so many friends in Bec’s community of mummas. The classes are fantastic and she provides clear explanations for all exercises and options to upgrade or downgrade in difficulty. She has been so approachable in my return to exercise post pregnancy. I wish I had started sooner. The ability to complete classes via Zoom is such a bonus!

I wanted to share a recent HUGE accomplishment that wouldn't have been possible if it wasn’t for #myMumSafeTrainer Alycia Hatzi! I managed to deadlift 120kg with no Pain , Pressure , Protruding or Peeing and that is massive for me! I started about 12 months ago with Alycia and I could not even laugh, sneeze or cough without having incontinence issues so I am so proud and overwhelmed with how far I've come and I know that if it wasn’t for the care of Alycia I wouldn't have gotten this far and I’d still be suffering with incontinence and not getting the results that I’m getting now so a big thank you to Alycia and I couldn’t recommend you enough ❤️ #mymumsafetrainer

Absolutely loving training with Sarah! After having Caesarean sections with both my children I was wanting to take a safe and healthy approach at easing back into exercise and I felt like Sarah was the right person to help me. She really cares about her clients, helping them push themselves in a safe way. 6 months post caesarean I feel stronger and more confident over all. Alycia is absolutely amazing. After a twin pregnancy, I was so out of shape, not to mention feeling a bit hopeless that my body would never recover. After I found out I was pregnant I decided that I wanted to build my strength and maintain my fitness in a safe way. I stumbled across Fit For 2 and I have to say it was the best thing to happen. After having my third child in 2016 I struggled with getting my pre-baby fitness and health back. I first met Sarah from IN2LIFE in 2020. I was struggling with back to back injuries and was beginning to loath my body. I have now been training with Sarah for almost 2 years now and since this time I have achieved so much…. I was able to complete my first Ultra Marathon in the Blue Mountains - UTA50 and I know that this wouldn’t have been possible without all the love, support and guidance I received from Sarah and the training she puts me through.
