I wasn't even thinking about getting a running coach at all, as I am certainly no elite athlete! But a friend suggested that I would enjoy the training plans and the community of Squadrun, and boy was he right! I love the training plans - they are full of variety so I never get bored. I love that they can be tailored to my current goals and fitness levels. The best part though is the supportive community and all the friends you make along the way - that part is priceless! I joined with certain goals in mind, and not only have achieved them, but have gone above and beyond what I ever thought possible thanks to the training plans from Kerry & Ali, and their support and encouragement. Love Squadrun!

These guys really know their stuff. Kerry and Ali are not great coaches just because they're accomplished runners (which they are). They're great coaches because they are passionate about the sport, passionate about their athletes and have built the most supportive community of like-minded runners I've ever known.
Kerry and Ali's support and spot on tactical advice got me through my first 100km race last year in a fine time. But more to the point, I had fun doing it!

These guys are AMAZING! If you are thinking about getting a running coach - become a SQUADDIE! Ali and Kerry are so passionate, knowledgable and supportive - they have created a trail running family that consists of all levels and each and everyone is supported to achieve their personal goals. You will be cheered on at your event and Ali and Kerry are on the finish line with a hug and a high five.
Squadrun - fantastic coaches, personalised programmes and an all inclusive community. Become a squaddie - you won't regret it! #squaddieforever. ❤️

I love SQUADRUN - I really really recommend these guys! I’ve been training with SQUADRUN for over a year now and I’ve have had some fantastic training and event experiences. The training plans Kerry and Ali provide are perfect, easy to read and understand and the prioritisation system allows me to get the important runs in alongside by busy home and work life. Every week is slightly different so the planned runs are always fun to aim for. I’m based out of Wellington and I have 50+ athletes to potentially train with. The SQUADRUN Facebook page provides friendly support and a wealth of information plus of course opportunities to connect and share running stories. If you’re considering your first ultra or are wanting to crush a PB be sure to lock in a plan with these guys. Did I mention the hugs on the start and finish line and the SQUADRUN marquee for post event banter? Running does not get any better than this!

Can't rate Squadrun highly enough. Kerry and Ali have a fantastic system to help you achieve your running goals; their method offers variety, huge flexibility and fantastic value for money. On top of that, they are just great people! Incredibly supportive and encouraging; their thriving online community of helpful Squaddies around the world is a testament to their all-round fabulousness. Specifically I trained to run Auckland's Hillary Trail last year. Their coaching meant that, when the day arrived, I had no doubts that I was as prepared as I could be. If you're still reading this, then you know what you need to do next - get in touch with them. Now!

I've been with Squadrun for about two years now, and it's the perfect coaching system to fit into my chaotic training schedule. And it's such good value! They've got me through 50km, 60km and a hundred miler trail race, acheiving higher goals than I thought I could. Kerry and Ali are brilliant and very supportive.

Thanks to Ali and Kerry, in the space of 5 months, I have gone from running experience of zero to completing my first 62km ultra marathon. They are passionate about their sport, approachable and responsive and most importantly, they care very much about their athletes. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are a true asset to their sport.

Squadrun and the awesome coaches have taken my running to another level and enabled me to achieve goals that I had thought to be only dreams. I love how approachable, supportive and helpful Kerry and Ali. Its a great boost to know that they are often out there at events to support their athletes as well.

I signed up with Squadrun late last year, to do the TUM102. Whilst I had a pretty good base, I needed help with specifc training sessions and program planning. I found the Squadrun program super user friendly and easy to follow (if not easy to execute, I am thinking about the 10 km time trial and 14 x 90 second hill reps here). Kerry and Ali are super supportive, as are all of the other members of the Squaddie community (particularly the two that I ran with for the first 40 km of the race - thanks Ben and Rich), I'll leave you behind next time....
