When I first met Dinesh was suffering from constant lower back pain practically all my life. Dinesh took the time to understand my past injuries and my goals to achieve overall body strength, flexibility and movement. I found results within 2 sessions and ended training with him for nearly 3 months. Today at 50 I feel fitter then ever before with a lot more energy. The back pain gone. I cannot thank Dinesh enough for his knowledge, motivation, the little tips to get the most of your workout without the need to get into heavy weights to achieve the same result and risk injury. He is very easy going and workouts are always fun and intense. Highly Recommended.

I went to Dinesh with a right shoulder rotator cuff injury that had never been successfully treated or properly healed. It had been bothering me for a long time and I had got to the point of just accepting it was unfixable. In literally one full session he was able to work hard enough on very precise areas around my back and shoulder to free it up to the extent I could almost touch my bicep to my ear and could fully roll my arm over in a bowling action. This to me was just fantastic. I got more movement back in this one session than I had had for years. He also recommended some very helpful stretches and exercises to get overall strength and flexibility back. He really does know what he is doing.

Dinesh is a great personal trainer, he listened to what I wanted out of the session and tailored the session accordingly. Dinesh is professional, friendly and fun. I would recommend him as a personal trainer as he applies nothing but quality in all the work he does. :)

Dinesh helped me build a full body workout routine that I was motivated to do and able to fit into my daily schedule. He showed me that working out doesn’t have to be boring or long, and that I can just my own body to exercise! He was kind, attentive and I could tell he’s really passionate about helping others live a healthier lifestyle. I had such a great session with him and I’d definitely recommend him to family and friends!

Dinesh has been awesome since day one. He has been a very good listener and he understands what you would like to achieve and knows his way around his tools and equipment to make that happen. I find him very engaging and motivated to help you achieve your goals. I can see that Dinesh genuinely wants the best for you and to help you improve your lifestyle. He is very flexible and understanding and doesn’t make you feel bad if you aren’t at 100% but he will make sure you are the on the right path to getting there. I highly recommend to try at least one session with him and compare him to other places. You will easily see that he has set the bar pretty high and not a lot of people can compare. Definitely look forward to working with you in the future!

Had a great session, learnt about nutrition, a personal opinion on supplements, how to create a workout around my strength, weaknesses and past and present injuries. He taught me about what to and not to do in the gym if I feel something. Ended with an effective and painful strength conditioning session 10/10

Dinesh is epic! He trained me in calisthenics several years ago and now in the more traditional gym sense. I was keen to really learn and he helped me feel confident so much so that I was able to go back to the gym on my own and start using the squat rack!
He fully took into account what I wanted out of my PT sessions - not the usual 'what are your goals' but a real understanding and then reflected that in what we did - it wasn't lip service!

I reached out to the Lifestyle PT to improve a few of my hand balances in yoga. He was able to accommodate my needs really well into a short session that challenged my balance and my core strength. I left with quite a few ideas for using calisthenics and body weight workouts to improve my yoga practice. Highly recommend working with Dinesh!
