Kieran is always very response and helpful when needed! With this being my first fitness plan I am really loving the weight training! The videos and workouts are very instructional and as a beginner I don't feel uneasy about sing foreign equipment! I am getting muscle gain and fat loss even without following the nutrition as strictly! So far so happy 1.5 months in!

I’ve been using Kieran’s nutrition plan for just over a month now and it’s been really great. I’m a mum of 2, train a lot and found I wasn’t getting the correct amounts of each macro and trying to work it out myself was challenging and my energy was quite low. I noticed improvements after probably week! On top of that the plan is really easy to follow and customise to suit your needs. Fast communication too and a friendly community :)

Kieran is a legend. I'm too lazy to track my macros and create my own plan but I have a specific intake I need to hit for my current training phase so I'm super grateful Kieran dealt with all my questions so quickly and had my nutrition plan to me within 24hrs.

Great training and meal plans, have only been with Kieran a couple of months but have already lost a decent amount of weight and am feeling so much more energetic and healthy. Plans are easy to follow and to stick to.

Would definitely recommend. I’ve had plans from various sources in the past and Good Guys Fitness plans are the easiest to follow and most personalised. The app for the training plans is awesome and shows exercises clearly with videos and the nutrition plan is easy to make and has great tasting recipes. 4 weeks into the plan and really happy with the results.

Just wanted to share that the team at GG is amazing and shares a lot of good content around food and work outs. I’ve recently brought me a training programme and wow just wow. I don’t have anymore energy left to perform cardio after my weight training! Love your work Kieran

Excellent service all round. Builds a suitable regime for you and your needs, backed by all his years of knowledge and experience. Workouts are great, I get 6 in a week. Food plans are good too. takes all the fuss out of counting calories to get in you what you need.
