I have been a client of Greyscale Fitness for over a year. I recommend Rohan to anyone of any age (I'm beyond even middle age) who wants to work out in a way that will ensure you get the best from every exercise but doesn't leave you exhausted or with muscles so stiff you wish you hadn't even started. I am really grateful to have found a local personal trainer who knows his stuff and quietly pushes me along, paying close attention to technique and generally making workouts something I actually want to do.

Stand up guy, knows his stuff very well and designs simple (yet effective) training programs specifically tailored to your needs that help you become the strongest version of yourself. Would highly recommend.
