S. S.Great experience! What started as a pre-hike workout has evolved into a long term physical health plan.
Super chill approach, no judgement; just finding ways to get to an end result while adding other helpful tips and advice for life outside of the program.
It's a great and relaxed time. Previous injuries are taken into consideration and worked into the program while being pushed to do your best.

The thing I was most impressed with is Mike truly listens and builds a program that has taken what you want to achieve and puts it to action.
