Jana is such a great PT, ensuring that you build your body to last you a lifetime rather than the boom bust vicious cycle of other trainers that push you into an injury. I’m now obsessed with functional strength training and enjoy working out with the steel mace and clubs. Highly recommend!

I've been training with Jana for about 8 months now. Club Bells and Tacfit are a great all round workout which requires full engagement of the mind while you exercise. The workouts are 20 minutes long which are never the same and offer full cardio and strength combined. Jana certainly knows how to plan the perfect workout for my personal goals and well being. She is attentative, full of energy and keeps me motivated throughout. I have 100% more strength in my core which has put to rest any back pain I used to get when lifting weights. She is the best trainer and I highly recommend these classes to anyone wanting to get fit, loose some pounds and have some fun!!

I started doing TACFIT and personal training sessions with Jana when I was very unfit and with back problems. Jana has been great helping me build up core strength(glutes, hips, belly, lats). My back doesn't bother me anymore because I've strengthened up the muscles that take the strain off it. Very happy with the results and stronger than I have ever been.
