Alice has been exactly what I needed to get my fitness and strength training back on track. Alice has such energy and focus, she makes my training all about me, every training session is tailored to my end goal and never repetitive or boring. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm are infectious, and training is fun not a chore.
Wherever you are in your personal fitness journey Alice will work with you to reach your goals at your speed, she will encourage and extend you but not push you beyond what you can physically manage, always mindful of listening to your body and helping you to manage any niggle or previous injury.
Alice has such knowledge and experience that whatever your age or ability Alice will work with you in a friendly yet professional way and I am sure like me you will wish you’d started sooner. Thank you Alice.

I am so glad I found Alice. She is helping me with my rehabilitation following surgery & other injuries. She is just amazing. Alice has been amazing, her style of training, knowledge and way of pushing you is awesome. Gentle yet effective! She has been supportive of my injuries and limitations and adapts my workouts to suit. Plus I learnt so many new exercises that I would not have tried, and she plans each session so well. Absolutely love my workouts with Alice and highly recommend her!

Alice is an excellent personal trainer and I would recommend her to anyone in any shape. She has extensive knowledge and was able to work with me to find the right workouts for me to get the best results. She will tailor the training to ensure its not boring and repetitive but also challenging within my fitness level. If you are reading this review, stop! Pick up the phone and make an appointment with Alice, I promise you won’t regret it. Her attention to detail is incredible, from communication, to planning your training. She really listens to your needs and goals. I’m a mum just getting back to training after a good while and I’m already loving it. She’s good for the chats too.

I have been abs continue to have an amazing experience with Alice as a personal trainer. She is very professional, so much knowledge and so motivating. She makes me want to do exercise!

I had a gym membership but wasnt going, my motivation was a rollercoaster and I knew I needed some accountability and consistency. I reached out to Alice - it's so important to click with a PT and Alice ticked my boxes. Down to earth, knowledgeable, not pushy with PT packages and just a great person. Alice brings 110% passion to every session. I try and do 1 or 2 sessions a week, I'm a tough nut who likes HIIT and weights, Alice mixes it up and definitely keeps me on my toes. I've always loved training but I had become bored and wasnt prioritising self care. I am now loving the feeling exercise brings - those endorphins, along with the physical and most importantly right now mental strength for a positive mental wellbeing.
