Becs is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Prior to training with Becs I always found the gym to be intimidating. Becs has shown me how to use the equipment properly with the correct technique and she explains what muscle groups the equipment is targeting. My confidence has grown significantly. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I would highly recommend Becs to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

I've been working with Becs for over a year now. On and off again. Totally my own fault. Over that time frame, she has given me strength, a healthier heart and lungs, my waist in smaller, my legs are stronger and tummy is flatter. If it weren't for all my shoulder surgeries, I'm sure Becs would have transformed my upper half as well. She has been patient and understanding of my situation and always motivates me and pushes me to be the best that I can be. No matter how much or little I can give her. She's my daughter so of course I'm going to give a good review, but it is also an honest review of her skills and commitment to her business. Beka, or Becs as she is known, is knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and a bit of a perfectionist - not sure where she gets it all from lol, but it means that she takes the time to know you as an individual, so the service that you get from her is not the same old same old boring training regime that anyone can do and easily lose interest in, but rather it is tailored to the person and goal driven to have maximum results and effects. Being trained by Becs means you will learn much more than fitness techniques; you will learn about good nutrition and proper self care, and added to that, you will learn how to believe in yourself, all while gaining health and strength. As a PT, Becs really deserves a huge gold star and in my humble opinion, she stands out from the PT crowd as being an exceptional trainer - you will never regret signing up with her.
