This place is amazing! It’s beautifully presented, has top of the line equipment and two of the most experienced coaches in town. If you have ever felt overwhelmed joining a new fitness space, you won’t feel that here. It’s a positive, welcoming and supportive space where you can workout at your own pace and achieve any goals you set. The classes are small and only for women so membership is limited. If you are unsure, once you meet Annalise you will know it’s the right place for you! Don’t wait and miss out, come and join Body Evolution team! 👌🏽

This gym is amazing. In the short time iv been going I already feel so good. Both Annalise & Hayden show you how to use great technique to look after your body & push yourself for your own personal gains. Plus being woman oriented around how you train is very informative & a great concept!

Annalise and Hayden have put so much thought into this beautiful space which is a private gym that feels more personal. This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. These are by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals, and personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people!
