U.Myofascial Stretching and Corrective Movement Class
Martin has a unique skill set that he applies in this class, very different from anything else I have experienced before. I've noticed improvement in my posture simply by him raising my awareness to how different it feels when I make small changes. I highly recommend his class.
S.Martin is incredibly skilled at what he does! He offers far more than just "personal training". He carefully constructs a programme which is just right for where you are at. After working with Martin on programme tailored just for me, I felt stronger, better posture and far less pain in my body. Highly recommend!
L.Martins stretch classes are the best I’ve every been to. He is a calm peaceful person who makes you feel at ease. He encourages you to stretch but not push into pain. I have found him easy to listen to and understand. Highly recommended. AAAA++++
