Lloyd was really helpful, and quick to answer my call and questions about the noise in my ceiling. He booked in to see me the same week, gave me a really good price and on the day he was able to sort out some wasps for me too. He explained what he was doing, what to expect and answered all my questions while he worked. Really easy, quick, and job well done. Would recommend!

Lloyd was on time and professional. Very knowledgeable about our ant issue and was very patient with our four year old daughter who had a thousand questions for him while he tried to work. Would highly recommend Alphapest to anyone looking for services they cover.

Smart Rental Property Management chooses to use Alphapest. Lloyd is knowledgeable, practicable and prompt in his service. A colleague recommended Lloyd and Alphapest to me at least a decade ago. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Lloyd is a superb professional who is extraordinarily reliable and competent along with being a really nice person. He has been to our home to deal with cockroaches, cluster flies, mice and rats. He exterminated them all in a timely and safe fashion. Just the best.

This is the first time we've used Lloyd. He was brilliant ! He responded quickly to our text to come and eliminate a large German wasp nest in the ground and several paper wasps nest in our eves. Our community hall TITIRANGI BEACH HAL is based at the bottom end of Titirangi Beach Rd, Waitakere, Auckland 0604. The hall experienced sightings of a rodent. The hall is amongst the bush and trees. Upon looking for service on Google I came across ALPHAPEST. Lloyd Carpenter of ALPHAPEST answered my phone call almost immediately. And was able to meet me at the hall that afternoon. Lloyd did a fantastic job. In conclusion; Lloyd was a pleasure to deal with, professional, and courteous. And the price was right. It is so hard to find good service these days. We'd been having a bit of problems with cockroaches coming in to the house. A quick call and Lloyd was booked in. He detailed the job well, including a quote up front, showed up on time and then proceeded to bait the house. The cockroaches were dying off after a couple of hours, meaning the results are solid. Highly recommend Lloyd for your pest control services

I have used Lloyd from Alphapest for many years. Due to the nature of our land we have, we get hives of wasps popping up in different parts of our section most summers. Each time we find a new nest we give Lloyd a call and usually within a day or two the problem is solved. I will keep using Alphapest.

We used Alphapest last month to fumigate our whole church building and they did an awesome job. Professional, and absolutely great value for good quality service. We discovered when we were able to return to our church place @ lockdown level 2, it was infested with cockroaches. It's a very big building and they did a really good job, and no signs of cockroaches to date. thank you so much Lloyd/Alphapest. Hopefully we won't need you again (no more pest issue) but we will definitely be contacting you again if needed.
