B.After getting kittens from a stranger on FB who assured us they were treated and had no fleas, our home got infested, and quickly. We spent heaps of money on flea treatments for the house and flea collars for the cats, but they did little to help us. We got pets for our kids who have special needs knowing that animals play a huge part in bringing down anxieties and helping our kids function better socially. We had to make a tough decision, get rid of our darling's pets or try our luck one more time on a professional knowing it'll cost us more money. We're glad we chose to give Bug Lady Ltd a go. She was very punctual, patient with my slow replies, and did the job at a very high standard. She was in and out quickly but the job she did was amazing and above what was expected. Immediately my family and I had noticed a huge change in the environment. (it's only been three days since the job was done) I definitely recommend her. The price may scare you off at first but don't let that be the determining factor to skip her service, in fact, most companies you come across will offer the same or, near offer for their services also but fail to do an excellent job. She does a thorough job and kindly explains the process to you. You won't regret using her for the treating of your home.
D.Most efficient pest controller we've met. Contacted the Bug Lady re cockroach problem - she turned up, was super friendly and professional. Did the treatment, shared information where cockroach's habitat is and what the next steps are. This was very informative. Have not spotted the creatures since:-)...waiting on the follow up treatment from the BUG LADY! Thank you for your professionalism.
M.Found we had a problem with wasps in the roof space again this year but on the other side of the house from last year. Text "The Bug Lady" (Helen) and she was here within 45min all ready to go. Same efficient, friendly service as last time (just under a year ago). Highly recommend her as she does a fantastic job and is always happy to answer questions. Will be calling again should we ever have any other bug issues! Thanks so much!
V.She definitely lives up to her name. I called her about an infestation of roaches which came with a used fridge bought and I haven’t seen any since. She said to call her for a follow up treatment which she thought would be unlikely and I think she’s right we wont need it because we haven’t spotted any since.
U.After moving from an urban area to a semi rural area we needed someone who really knows their stuff and "The Bug Lady" (Helen) is that person.
Our place is based between horse paddocks and sheep paddocks and there are so many flies its unreal. Luckily after using Helens services we don't need to worry about that anymore, we can simply enjoy the fresh air that living rural allows
No runs on the walls or windows, no second call back.. she sorted things for us right off the bat. The products she uses kept working long after the six month mark.
I am more than confident to pass her details on to all my friends and family and know that they too would be very happy with her work.
C.Highly Recommend this beautiful Lady. She is thorough, honest and informative. Does an excellent job, first treatment got done for cockroaches and in 24hours noticed a massive change from seeing 100’s to only seeing 2 or 3. Total value for money.
