We live on the Hibiscus Coast and had so many flies and Ants around. BugZero Pest Control came and ever since we are bug free. It was an easy process and I highly recommend anyone that enjoys a fly free home in summer

Found bugzero over no cowboys. Did a price comparison from another equally reviewed bug control as well prices are very similar. Got my house done in and out. Ever since the control lasted almost a year where the normal guraentee is 6 months. Just had my second spray done and no living bugs are around anymore. Really like the service and will continue to use their service.

The process was initially really good, all insects coming into the house eventually died however, less than 3 months later the property has ants, multiple spider webs (exterior) and mosquitos. I’ve contacted on 2 occasions to query this (was initially advised the spray should last a year) but am getting zero response which is disappointing.

I used BugZero's services one month ago for the ants. After spraying, the ants have disappeared and some files were dropped down. Now all is fine. I would highly recommend the company as they do a very good job and give me the best result. I will use their service again.

After Harm has been and sprayed I saw a few more ants but they are now all gone. We used a different company before and they came and sprayed and the next day the ants were back. Harm knew where their nests were and the service was professional & I am one happy client. Definitely recommend this company.

My house previously was having mice issue above the ceiling. The specialist from BugZero advised us to cut off the tree where could be the path the mice use. Also he placed the poison bait to eliminate the mice. Now no mice is found. No mice body was dead within my house's ceiling or within the gap of the wall, which would be hard for us to clean. Everything is clean and tidy. Absolutely would use their service if there are upcoming mice issue again.

I rang Harm after 6pm on a sat or Sun night in a wee panic having just about placed my 12mth old on top of a white tail spider. I expect to leave a message and hopefully hear from bugzero Monday or Tuesday. Not only did Harm answer the call outside of business hours but also arranged the booking on the spot and helped calm my nerves. To me this is true service… the phone could have been ignored. I could’ve been told to call back Monday and the conversation could’ve stopped there. But instead I was made to feel my problem was not only valid but also was able to be resolved by a named date. So many businesses forget to include human factor. This in itself is enough to recommend bugzero the job they did was also fantastic and solved my problem! Highly recommend Thanks Harm 👍👍👍

We had a flea problem, and BugZero did a great job. We weren’t sure if it was bed bugs or fleas and they were able to give us clear professional advice on how to proceed. They gave us an appointment very quickly which was so helpful. Harm was very understanding and supportive around logistical issues surrounding our treatment and timings etc . All in all very good experience

Cant believe phoning numerous local large and small Pest Control companies full of excuses till I eventually found BugZero in Auckland. They were to the point professional and absolutely efficient in their service. They where the only company that was eager to help on a Sunday. One of their friendly technicians saw my wife the same day and got rid of a huge flea infestation. At the same put us on a Rodent service program for less than $35 a month. One visit of less than an hour sorted our long overdue problem. These guys where very neat and organised. We have also recommended and passed them on to all our friends and family. Wont bother phoning other pest control companies again. They are the go to company in Auckland.

Good service on its own is terrific but made all the better when delivered by professional, friendly and vibrant people. The manner in which we were treated was so refreshing and I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

ABSOLUTE LIFESAVERS! "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUGZERO! TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A PEST CONTROL SPECIALIST." I'VE BEEN USING BUGZERO SINCE 2015 AT MY FIRST AND NOW SECOND HOME AND THEY ARE GREAT! THE OFFICE STAFF IS WONDERFUL, THE VARIOUS TECHNICIANS WHO HAVE DONE BORER INSPECTIONS FOR BUYING AND SELLING MY HOUSES HAVE BEEN SO EASY TO WORK WITH DURING THE STRESSFUL TIMES OF HOME BUYING/SELLING, AND OUR CURRENT TECHNICIAN, HARM, HAS BEEN WONDERFUL ABOUT EXPLAINING THE CHEMICALS AND PROCESS AND AREAS OF CONCERN FOR THE HOME WE PURCHASED. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALSO HAS DONE A GREAT JOB WORKING AROUND MY 3 ANIMALS! BUGZERO IS THE “BEST”. THEY ALSO HAVE FEMALE TECHNICIANS. SAVED US A MOUNTAIN OF CASH IN A RECENT DEAL WHERE THE SELLER HID THE FACT THAT THE HOME WAS RIDDEN WITH BORER IN THE SUB FLOOR AND BASEMENT STORAGE. THEY PAINTED OVER ALL EXPOSED SIGNS. IT TOOK THE TECHNICIAN NOT LONG TO DISCOVER THE FRAUD. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DIDN’T SIGN OUR LIVES AWAY ON THAT ONE THANKS TO BUGZERO. I HAD AN OLD WEATHER BOARD HOME AND THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO HELP ME RID MY HOME OF BORER. I HAD THE WEATHER BOARD REMOVED AND BRICKED MY HOME. BUGZERO CAME MANY TIMES DURING THIS TIME AND SPRAYED AND SPRAYED AS THE BRICK WAS BEING DONE. THEIR TECHNICIAN HAS ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF ME AND I CONSIDER HIM TO BE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUGZERO TO ANYONE WITH A BORER PROBLEM. THANKS TO BUGZERO MY HOME IS NOW BORER FREE. SUPER JOB GUYS! WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!
