Very consistent and reliable pest control service! We've been customers for over 2 years (at 2 properties in Auckland) and are very pleased. Easy billing, easy to call in when problems arise, and very friendly owner. Always checking to make sure all is well. Highly recommend.

Really excellent service. Rose is so nice and helpful in terms of answering questions and Eric the exterminator is very knowledgeable, professional, and also probably the nicest guy I've met in a long time. I recommend Auckland Pest Control highly for any pest-related issues!

If you are needing pest control in Auckland, please use Pest Control Ltd. I've had a stubborn rat in my home for months. The team came, did the enclosure, and when we continued to see droppings, they continued to send supervisors out to us until we caught it, free-of-charge. They truly care about their customers and their experience. We're very grateful.

The price is on par with everyone else and the pest control service has always been great. We have used them for about three years for ants and they always do the job right the first time. Great customer service!

This is just a review of a conversation I had with a wonderful woman named Rose. Without pushing any services on me, she listened to my story about mystery bites, and gave me thorough advice. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with her and she made me feel better than anyone I've talked to about my situation. She let me know she didn't have anyone to come to my apartment if needed, but gave me enough info and tools that I could try by myself, that she said hopefully I wouldn't have to call her back. So nice to see people who genuinely care about the people calling them. No wonder Pest Control Auckland have five stars. I'm totally calling them if I have another need!

Leaving 4 stars because I didn't actually use the service from Pest Control Auckland. However, I called seeking non toxic advice since I'm pregnant for roaches and the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful! He helped me figure out what was at the source of why they were coming- a shower we don't use. And then gave me tips for things I can do myself right now. Just gave me friendly advice free of charge. So appreciative. Great customer service

By far the BEST Pest Control service in the area. They come out to treat the outside for pests and roof rats. Eric was friendly, he was able to assess the problem and take care of the issues at hand. Definitely recommend!

Our new house was infested with rats and Graeme sent his crew came multiple times and fixed everything for us. Every single one of his crew member is polite and knowledgeable and they do a very good job. Thanks!

Pest Control Ltd. has done a great job on making sure that there is no type of pest in our restaurant. Anthony does a great job and make sure to ask me if there is any bug in the restaurant and I as far as I know there is no sign of any bug inside. He also here on time and call ahead of time to make sure we are ready for him to work. Couldn't ask for any better service...
