D.Highly recommended !!!!! Jonathan was patient and kind as I had so many questions regarding the treatment. I highly recommend Smash'd Em Pest Control for anyone out there looking for excellent value & quality when it comes to getting rid of any type of pests. My apartment was colonized with cockroaches and Jonathan came in like a superhero and sorted it out, explaining what will happen and how. I am again feeling safe and relaxed in my own home thanks to them. If you have special requests like I did, they will customize the treatment exactly for your needs and when it comes to customer service points - skyrocket high!!! Thank you so much!
K.Who likes bugs. No body. Then this is why you need to contact, Smash'd Em Pest Control. We have been receiving an annual fly and ant treatment inside and outside from Jon every year and wouldn't go anywhere else. This year we got The Summer Slammer treatment and like every year we have had no trouble for the rest of the year. Jon is a pure Gentleman with old school values who gives his clients 110%. And we have never had a single complaint. If you have any sort of pest problem Jon and his wife Will not only help you to rectify the problem but you will be left satisfied, thankful and saying see you next time.

L.From picking up the phone to answer our questions to the job done on the first day. This company is awesome. They were helpful, very affordable and super friendly. My partner did find places that were abit cheaper (even though these prices are on point) but because their customer service was so good, we went with them. Then on the first day of treatment, the exterminator arrived on time, gave us a good summary of what is to happen, and did an amazing job. We saw no signs of them anymore, and then on the follow up treatment, it was a quick hi and bye and a job well done. We were so surprised with the results, but love it! If we have any other critters annoying us again, we'll definitely call these guys for help.
Called them again for cockroaches and wonderful job! Just one treatment and never saw those suckers again! Love this place. Defs my go to from now on for any bug related infestations.
S.I am so impressed with Smash'd Em pest control that I give them 5 stars. After being very disappointed using Rentokill, who had to come and do the job 3 times last season to get rid of my flies and spiders, Jonathan did a brilliant job. The problem was immediately sorted, the service was friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing flies and spiders eradicated from their premises.
M.Ronelle at Smash'd Em Pest control absolutely saved me and my bedroom. She really took the in-depth time (multiple phone calls, pictures and questions) to work out what pest was bothering me and recommended the appropriate action. It saved me HUNDREDS of dollars, she was one of only 2 people to get back to me also even after asking for help across Auckland.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
I was about to set my bedroom on fire without them.

T.I feel very thankful to have stumbled across Smash'd Em Pest Control. After talking to another pest control company about potential bed bugs and feeling patronised and belittled, I rang Smash'd Em Pest Control with my morale feeling low. This instantly changed when talking to Ronelle who was very knowledgeable, reassuring and understanding. I felt supported and heard as she listened and tried her best to answer all of my paranoid questions. The service was fast - less than an hour after I rang, Jon came to my house for a free investigation. Jon was thorough and informative and very understanding, professional and kind. Incredibly happy with the service, super friendly and supportive staff. I would recommend anybody and everybody to this service, very caring and helpful people.
M.We were losing our minds, sleep deprived, scratching all day every day at home, work, school! We've had fleas befor usually flea bomb did the trick. But not this time and we don't even have animals or people come over much! Thank you to your team from the lady that schedules the appointment and to the guy that came over and did the job. He moved our furniture and got into every single space! Just WOW! We have been flea free since 25/05. Life savers!
S.Such lovely people to deal with! From the first phone call, Ronelle explained everything to me and took her time answering all of my many questions without rushing me at all. She was very understanding and friendly. Just had Jon come this morning to get rid of our fleas, and straight away super friendly, explained everything really well, as well as giving me additional advise. J.i am not surprised of the other good 5 stars ratings and experiences with the company. i had an very good experience with this company too. first i talked with three other companies, they all together was unfriendly and they didn't act like a professional company. then i found this company and i called this. i was very surprised. they are very friendly, had a good professional knowledge and act like a serious company. the staff had been 10 minutes in the room to checking the situation and finding all hidden places where the bed bugs were. that i can move to a other residence and get my money back, he wrote a special report with all facts. because of that was the refund possible. i am very glad that i contacts this company. because of this good experience i want to give them 5 stars for the good and professional service. thanks you smash'd em.
