A.Yesterday we noticed a bunch of wasps on our lounge window, asked for pest extermination advice on Facebook and Pestman was recommended. Gave them a call andthry gave me advice on identifying if there was a nest nearby and with their advice I was able to confirm that there was a wasp nest in our garden. Booked them in for extermination and Terry arrived this morning and had the nest removed within 10 minutes but also gave really helpful info about why the wasps nested there. Terry was very friendly, helpful, and professional and I was able to pay with EFTPOS right then and there.
I will definitely book Pestman again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Kapiti/Wellington region.

R.Terry and Karen were very responsive. Quick to quote, and book in the job. Terry treated our 108 year old villa for borer. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. He went the extra mile, replacing some insulation that had fallen off in the subfloor as he worked. We also discussed the pros and cons of spraying for other insects - we decided it wasn't necessary. I appreciated that Terry gave honest advice and didn't push extra services. Very happy, thanks!

D.We used The Pestman for borer treatment for the sub floor and ceiling space in our house. We had a very specific date that it had to be done on, in a short amount of time. When we phoned we spoke to Karen, who was very friendly and very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Terry came to do the work, he was punctual, very efficient and did a great job and was very friendly. Would highly recommend The Pestman for any borer treatment.
S.We wanted to get some preventative borer treatment in the sub-floor area done, after we had some activity in the roof identified. The company we used for the roof was horrible to deal with, and I regret not having hired Terry to complete both. He was incredibly responsive when doing the sub-floor area. We weren't home and when he noticed some issues he called to discuss and put a lot of extra effort in without charging us, which was greatly appreciated. Of course yet to see the long-term results of the treatment, but 5/5 for service and the contact we've had.
