I had Bob from Elite pest control come out today to rid us of our ant problem. Bob was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to everything I needed and asked of him. He was quick, efficient and so amazingly helpful. He not only explained why the ants were coming, but also how to deal with them in the future and little tips and tricks to keep them away. Please, if you have any insect problem, call these guys. They will help you out quick smart. And ask for Bob, you won’t regret it. Just an amazing human being who I was pleased to meet today 😊

Second time I have used Elite Pest Control. Both times their service was quick and efficient. Their technician Bob was very thorough, he walked me through each step and what to expect. Hopefully the ants won’t come back but if they do I definitely will be giving them a call

He informed me of why ants could be coming in and how to prevent more, he has so much knowledge which made it comforting cause he knew what he was doing. We had an explosion of ants!. We had been dealing with them ourselves using sprays, dispensers and bait traps but they were winning!! In desperation we called Elite for help. They organised a visit very quickly. We had Bob, he was very thorough, helpful and efficient. This was just over a week ago, we haven’t seen any ant activity in the bad area’s since!!! We had Bob V around today to help us deal with an annoying ant problem. I received good reminders and instructions prior to his visit by text and email and then a phone call a couple of hours earlier in the day from him to say he was running early so could he come sooner (how often does that happen? "Oh, Yes!"). He sprayed in the troublesome spot in the ceiling, being careful not to damage our light fitting, and then sprayed outside around the house. When he discovered mice and rat droppings in the ceiling, he also gave us good advice about how to deal with that problem both within the house and surrounds (such as pruning trees touching our house and guttering). He took time to explain everything clearly to make sure I understood what he was doing and what I should do to follow-up. Thanks, Bob, for excellent service..

We had John come and perform a spider treatment on our home. I was not present at the time, but John had exceptional communication regarding the process and what needed to be done. The information provided was of very high standard, as well as the treatment itself. Thanks John

Excellent service, great communication, After tying to get of a small but constant stream of ants on our own for several weeks, we decided to get help in after a separate species showed up separately. A couple of days after a visit only the occasional scout has been sighted since. Also, thanks for patiently answering all of our questions :)

Elite Pest Control Ltd sent Bob - a great technician to see us regarding a problem. He dedicated himself to fixing it before he left and we cant thank him enough.

John was very professional and friendly. He knows everything about pest control and more importantly explained it very clearly. He and his mate had done a very good and tidy job. This is the 2nd year they come to treat the house. Definitely recommend Elite Pest Control.

Bob did an awesome job helping us deal with our ant invasion - haven't seen one since! He also spotted some borer which we need to deal with which was helpful.

The quality of their work was very good. The ants have gone in short time. The serviceman was a little late, but explained what he was going to do and left some further instructions and poison should it be needed. There was, however, a major misunderstanding about the price for the service. My understanding of what was quoted was very different from their understanding. I was foolish not to have asked for a written quotation. However, the quality of the work was great.

Have used Elite now 3 times. Have always found them to be tidy and professional.

The team were great at fitting us in as a last minute appointment for a wasp nest extermination. Excellent communication and John arrived very promptly, he was very informative and did the job quickly and efficiently and within a few hours the wasps were either dead or gone! We had a great experience with this company! I rang up on Wednesday and explained that we were having problems with fleas, spiders, a bird's nest in the roof, and mice in the walls. They were able to send someone the very next day, who has effectively dealt with all of these issues. Very impressed with their quick turnaround! There was almost no smell when we arrived back at the house, we just aired the house briefly and everything was back to normal. Thank you to elite pest control for giving us peace of mind!

His took his time to listen to me and did an initial walk of the property first before he explained what was going to be required, He then carried out his duties, making sure that all occupants of the property we safe. Text about a wasp nest removal yesterday morning - prompt replies and managed to organise an appointment really easily. They sent John around that afternoon while I was still at work. He gave me a call when he was at my house and I talked him through where the nest was located. He explained what he was going to do and less than 10 minutes later sent me a photo and text to say it was all done! Another text to follow up this evening and double check it had worked. How good. John was fantastic and such helpful and efficent service. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company!

Very prompt response to my initial call. Technician friendly and very communicative. Treatment was rapid and effective. Very few problems since treatment applied. Good communication throughout excercise, I was very impressed.

I discovered a wasps nest in my hedge yesterday morning. I rang Elite Pest & Insect Control and John came to my house about 2 hours later. He effectively dealt with the nest and said there would be no sign of the wasps by this morning. They have completely gone. Thank you for such an efficient service

We had problems with Ants and had tried all the usual options available from the Hardware stores. Tim arrived, listened to our problem, looked over the property with us and explained what he was going to do. We had immediate reduction in Ants and now several weeks later not a sign of them. The spray, sand and traps really worked and even with the warmer weather now we have not had any return. Received a full report, with photos showing exactly what was done and what follow-up will happen. Service was great, thanks Tim.

Absolutely blown away by our experience using Elite Pest Control. We had John come around because we wanted to check a couple of things and he suggested external spraying for spiders. Prompt service, rang and they arrived at 4pm same day. I have a morbid fear of rodents and had been hearing scratching in the roof cavity. From being so happy being in my home it was the last place I wanted to be. Sam arrived and was so informative and efficient in his work. Very friendly, fast and professional. We had a HUGE problem with spiders and webs and flies in Lyttelton, so big that Elite suggested it might take 2 or 3 years to get on top of it. We appreciated that honesty (it was really bad). After 1 year it's SO much better and we're about to go again for year number 2. Definitely recommend.

Tim came around and provided great service. He answered all my questions and also identified other things to look out for and provided practical solutions. Would recommend highly recommend them.

I have been using Elite Pest control for a few years at my home, every autumn we have a problem with rats coming into the attic. Elite Pest control know where to place bait, and if I ever need them they, come and remove any dead animals from the attic. Im grateful for their service and will continue to rely on them for pests.

Elite did amazing job in helping deal with our 'serious" ant problem. They were there 7.30am the day after I called them and John the tech was a "nothings a problem" sort of guy who clearly enjoyed what he was doing and doing a top job. Also very informative about products being used and necessary follow up. Top job guys!
