I was not disappointed, they earn every 5 star. From the Receptionist to the Technician, they were friendly, efficient and professional and within just a few hours of first contact we did not have a single wasp left. Thankyou.

This was the second year I have used them due to their excellent customer interaction and quality of work! Jayden has been the technician both times and I cannot recommend him enough! He is an absolute gem! I wasn’t entirely ready for the spraying of the house inside but instead of being annoyed he was very friendly and gave me enough time to get the inside of the house ready by starting on the outside. He is very accommodating and efficient. Thank you soooooo much SWAT Pest Control for making this rather stressful day for me so much better! I cannot recommend them enough! The customer service from Brittany was impeccable and she was so friendly and responsive to all my questions which helped me know what services I needed - the best service I've had this year. They were able to accomodate a change in our schedule which impacted their booking and nothing was ever too much of a hassle for them. Had an available technician booked the following day who, again explained the process. Have only seen a few ants since the house was sprayed but as it is only day two am hoping this will be the last I see of them. Would recommend S.W.A.T for their professional and responsive approach, cheers
