Being a healthcare professional I know the importance of listening and looking at the problem before treating. I had 4 different companies in Hamilton to diagnose my bug infestation, most of them just want to talk you into getting a treatment without properly diagnosing whether you need one. Only Stuart properly listen to me when I call and want to look at the bug first before jumping into conclusion “it is a bed bug”. In the initial call, he also advised me the next step eg laundry, vacuum if it was really a bed bug, which really gave me a direction how to go about from here. In the end, it isn’t bed bugs, it is caterpillar beetle which has similar bites as bed bugs but not as severe. He is the only one that did a detailed check with torchlight and magnifying glass. I am so surprised there is only a few reviews regarding this company. Sometimes the google review doesn’t reflect the humble good man as him.
C.Great service. We always use them for flies and cockroaches in the summer months. They are always prompt and the attention to detail is terrific. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
