He went the extra mile, replacing some insulation that had fallen off in the subfloor as he worked. We also discussed the pros and cons of spraying for other insects - we decided it wasn't necessary. I appreciated that Terry gave honest advice and didn't push extra services. Very happy, thanks!

When we phoned we spoke to Karen, who was very friendly and very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Terry came to do the work, he was punctual, very efficient and did a great job and was very friendly. Would highly recommend The Pestman for any borer treatment.
S.We wanted to get some preventative borer treatment in the sub-floor area done, after we had some activity in the roof identified. The company we used for the roof was horrible to deal with, and I regret not having hired Terry to complete both. He was incredibly responsive when doing the sub-floor area. We weren't home and when he noticed some issues he called to discuss and put a lot of extra effort in without charging us, which was greatly appreciated. Of course yet to see the long-term results of the treatment, but 5/5 for service and the contact we've had.
